Then air filter is dirty i told him i replaced that last oil change he tried and tried to upsell with all these stuff . Also in the beginning would u like a car wash im like sure thanks. An hour and half of waiting for just an oil change he pulls my car out and said do u still want the car washed im like no now i figured they would have done it in the hour and half of me already waiting there. I do go all the time to get my car serviced there but this was the worst experience i had .... evaluate your team at service and remi d them customer service cause ther alot of places i can go for an oil change instead of there ..... The perfect car, with impeccable service I had the pleasure of working with Jose Diaz when I came in to find a new car. I have less than perfect credit and was not very confident I would be a I had the pleasure of working with Jose Diaz when I came in to find a new car. I have less than perfect credit and was not very confident I would be able to find and be approved for a vehicle. I was not only approved but Jose and the team helped me to sign and leave with a vehicle that same day! What was great was everyone seemed so genuine and down to earth, not at all like I have experienced before or your "typical car salesman". Not pushy, and did not try to push me to make a decision I was not sure about or show me cars out of my range. They are hardworking and and seem to have fun working together. A couple of days later Jose called me to make sure everything was still ok and to remind me to come in for a service check after 1,000 miles. "The Dealership From xxxx" On Tuesday June 5th I completed a sales transaction on a Santa Fe SE with Empire Hundai in Fall River. I made a $500 deposit (stock # H21582 , V On Tuesday June 5th I completed a sales transaction on a Santa Fe SE with Empire Hundai in Fall River. I made a $500 deposit (stock # H21582 , Vin # 271861) on a Santa Fe SE Premium Package 7 passenger vehicle. The agreement was that I would put $2,000 down and pay $325 a month, which included all fees, taxes, and first monthly payment on a 12,000 mile per year lease. Three days later, on June 8th my wife and I went to pick up the vehicle only to find that the terms of agreement had changed. Now the finance and sales managers had increased the terms of the agreement by $700, and had us paying the monthly taxes and the first monthly payment. Also, the down payment amount had increased to $2,228 - which is not the $2,000 we had originally agreed upon. At this point a seesaw battle ensued between the manager, comptroller, and us. Finally, after almost two hours we came to an agreement. The new terms were $2,000 down and $328 a month, which included all fees, taxes, and the first monthly payment. When I mentioned that I was eligible for a military discount, they completely disregarded this information. This entire experience left my wife and I feeling coerced and exhausted when we left the dealership 3 and 1/2 hours after we first arrived. We are both in our 80's and 3 days later we were still reeling from the experience. Senior citizens beware.... More

Everyone was polite, friendly, respectful, professional and very accommodating. They listened to our needs and answered our questions. Ron was fantastic to work with and was careful to explain all details of the car and the process. Steve in finance was also great to work with. Everyone had a great sense of humor, were knowledgeable and made a pleasant experience all around. Ron even took the time to introduce me to the service department and Frank was very nice. Even though it is a bit far from our home, all employees made it worth the trip. They were extremely easy to talk to. My parents came with me and were equally impressed. We would definitely recommend this dealership and will make the trip for any routine service etc. in the future. More
