Waste of time They are pushy. I told them a set budget and the sales rep went to talk to the manager about what they had after telling me they had soo many trucks. They are pushy. I told them a set budget and the sales rep went to talk to the manager about what they had after telling me they had soo many trucks. Typical dealer game of try to upsell you what you don't want or need he wanted me to look at the new trucks and I just looked at him and blinked and said definitely not in the budget then he reluctantly began walking me around back to see the others. After wasting 30 minutes they tried to offer me 1 piece of junk with the rear fenders already bubbling and rusting and another that was too big for my use when I had told them 5x because they asked 5x what I wanted. I think these reviews are heavily filtered from my experience they are not recommendable. More

I love this car so much as they really took the time to making sure I was getting the car of my dreams. HORRIBLE Sales Experience Sales Manager failed to abide by what we set as a budget, wanted a certain payment and he came at me with an 800.00/month payment and he inflated the Sales Manager failed to abide by what we set as a budget, wanted a certain payment and he came at me with an 800.00/month payment and he inflated the printed sticker price by 5,000 and said it was to help mitigate their losses. Never saw such a bait and switch at a dealer. The sales person was great, it was the manager or what I call the pusher that treated us like idiots. More

Just an oil change Went in for just an oil change and the associate who helped me was very pushey for me to do other work done like u need a fuel filter done i said no t Went in for just an oil change and the associate who helped me was very pushey for me to do other work done like u need a fuel filter done i said no then half hour later tells me you need wiper blades it would be 30 bucks im like i can pay half that and do it myself. Then air filter is dirty i told him i replaced that last oil change he tried and tried to upsell with all these stuff . Also in the beginning would u like a car wash im like sure thanks. An hour and half of waiting for just an oil change he pulls my car out and said do u still want the car washed im like no now i figured they would have done it in the hour and half of me already waiting there. I do go all the time to get my car serviced there but this was the worst experience i had .... evaluate your team at service and remi d them customer service cause ther alot of places i can go for an oil change instead of there ..... More

The perfect car, with impeccable service I had the pleasure of working with Jose Diaz when I came in to find a new car. I have less than perfect credit and was not very confident I would be a I had the pleasure of working with Jose Diaz when I came in to find a new car. I have less than perfect credit and was not very confident I would be able to find and be approved for a vehicle. I was not only approved but Jose and the team helped me to sign and leave with a vehicle that same day! What was great was everyone seemed so genuine and down to earth, not at all like I have experienced before or your "typical car salesman". Not pushy, and did not try to push me to make a decision I was not sure about or show me cars out of my range. They are hardworking and and seem to have fun working together. A couple of days later Jose called me to make sure everything was still ok and to remind me to come in for a service check after 1,000 miles. I will definitely recommend Jose and Empire Hyundai to anyone I know looking for a car. Thank you again Empire Hyundai!! More

Ron Webb, one of the sales associates, I was forced in to a situation where i had to buy a new car, after someone totaled my car while i was asleep. Ron Webb, one of the sales associates, went above and beyond to help me get in to a new car inside of my price range. My experience there was the best I’ve ever had in terms of buying a car. I didn’t feel like they were pushing me into any sale, and made sure i was happy through the whole process. I would recommend Empire Hyundai to everyone, and please see Ron! He was the best! More
