I ordered a car through Empire Hyundai, they said there was no guarantee on when the car I wanted would come in. I made sure I asked about my deposit being refundable and was told it was a win for them either way because even if I backed out they would have another car on the lot to sell. When I asked for my deposit back because I found a car sooner somewhere else, the person I spoke to told me only the sales person that I worked with could help me and she was unavailable. I called a few times over a 2 week period and they told me she was sick or busy. I had my boyfriend call and he finally got through to the salesperson, she said no one had told her I was trying to get intouch with her. By that time she said the car had already shipped and they would not be able to refund my full deposit. I found them unprofessional and would not recommend attempting to buy a car with them. More

Looked at car on Memorial Day. Filled out paperwork, got called on Tuesday and was told we were approved and car was ready for pick up. Brought our trade in and sales rep switched plates, had NO paperwork ready for us, we told mgmt we were not leaving in car without paperwork, we were informed to come in tomorrow and everything would be ready. We did take car home, brought it back next day at noon, again NO Paperwork prepared, we took our trade in back, no deal done. Bought a car here in July of 2020, and ended up selling it recently in January. Was sold a useless extended service plan contract that was almost $3,000 when the car already has a 100,000 mile/10 year warr it recently in January. Was sold a useless extended service plan contract that was almost $3,000 when the car already has a 100,000 mile/10 year warranty. Met the finance manager Jason Silva on January 22, 2022 to sign the paperwork to cancel my Wheel & Tire, GAP insurance, and Extended service plan contracts. I had forwarded him the letter from the bank stating the loan was paid off in full on Friday February 18, 2022 and received no response. I called the Portfolio Group that the contracts were with to confirm if the contracts were canceled. I spoke with Cyndi on February 21, 2022 from Portfolio Group and she stated they were not canceled even though I signed the paperwork a month ago. So I ended up calling into Empire Hyundai and spoke with Trevor Torres the General Manager on February 21, 2022 stating how Jason never replied to confirm he received the document I sent and how the Portfolio Group confirmed the contracts were not canceled even though I filled the paperwork out a month prior. After I made the phone call to Trevor, Jason had replied stating he “got it. Thank you.” and then I asked if the refund checks for the canceled contracts will be backdated to January 22, 2022 since that is when I originally filled out the cancellation paperwork. It is now Thursday February 24, 2022 and he still has not answered me. I just called in to try and get into contact with him and the receptionist put me on hold for almost 10 minutes just to tell me he was “with a customer”. I then called Portfolio Group again on 02/24/2022 and spoke with Hayley and she stated the Gap insurance was canceled January 31, 2022 even though I signed the paperwork on January 22, 2022. They waited 9 days to file it. However, Hayley stated the extended service plan and the wheel and tire contract have not been canceled as of yet even though I signed the cancellation paperwork the same day 01/22/2022. I should be owed a refund back to the date the documents were originally signed because this is ridiculous. I wish it was possible to leave no stars as a review because that is all this place deserves. I will be sure to never do business with this dealership again because the customer service here is horrible. I suggest if you plan to buy a Hyundai, do not waste your time or money at this dealership. More

Classic Bait and Switch dealer. Called to see if the price listed on the website (MSRP) was going to be the selling price (plus taxes and fees of course), they agreed. We really wanted to purchase a Hyundai Palisade but were skeptical of going to a new dealership. We had a fantastic experience with Ben V. We came in on Sunday at 2:00 and walked out with the car at 4:30. Ben was upfront and very professional throughout the process. We had the typical back and forth negotiation but I never felt pressured to make a quick decision. They were also flexible with setting up our financing appt since we had to get back to pick up our son. I highly recommend working with Ben V. More
