Brought my Tucson in was acting funny engine light came on was told needed to leave it there so they could check it out was given a loaner ,come to find out it was the engine three days later was informed on was told needed to leave it there so they could check it out was given a loaner ,come to find out it was the engine three days later was informed it was still under warranty that would get replaced ,took a couple of weeks got my car back they were just great .this is my 3rd car I have bought from this dealer they are great. If I could give zero stars I would!!! This place is the absolute worst!! I purchased a car from them I’m March 2020 it’s now almost July AND I STILL DONT HAVE A REGISTRATION!!!! I purchased a used pickup truck from empire on june of 2019.They are very vague on the paperwork your signing.When you question them they say it is explained further along.It is not.When I was done I was 2019.They are very vague on the paperwork your signing.When you question them they say it is explained further along.It is not.When I was done I was not given copies of what was signed..I had to go back and tell them I wanted copies.Which was finally given.When I called the dealership multiple times to find out the name of the warranty company,I got the run around .I finally found it in my paperwork ,but was not given any help from empire. .The sales manager{joseph carvalho} told me that the first 2 oil changes were on them.When I needed an oil change, I called the service department and was told they have no record of such an agreement.I tried multiple times to speak to joseph carvalho {sales manager},and left voice messages because he never picked up or returned any calls,I got no response from him .If they promise anything ,get it in writing because they will not deliver..
