If I could give zero stars I would!!! This place is the absolute worst!! I purchased a car from them I’m March 2020 it’s now almost July AND I STILL DONT HAVE A REGISTRATION!!!! I purchased a used pickup truck from empire on june of 2019.They are very vague on the paperwork your signing.When you question them they say it is explained further along.It is not.When I was done I was 2019.They are very vague on the paperwork your signing.When you question them they say it is explained further along.It is not.When I was done I was not given copies of what was signed..I had to go back and tell them I wanted copies.Which was finally given.When I called the dealership multiple times to find out the name of the warranty company,I got the run around .I finally found it in my paperwork ,but was not given any help from empire. .The sales manager{joseph carvalho} told me that the first 2 oil changes were on them.When I needed an oil change, I called the service department and was told they have no record of such an agreement.I tried multiple times to speak to joseph carvalho {sales manager},and left voice messages because he never picked up or returned any calls,I got no response from him .If they promise anything ,get it in writing because they will not deliver.. Having the most horrible time with Empire. It is past 6 weeks since I bought my car and they still have not registered it. Read the documents they ask you to sign before signing! I have been getting spam galore. The sales person asked for my email so that Hyundai reach me! Like a fool i signed the document, then read it a few days later. They are scam artists. I even emailed owner, Mr. Torres, and I have not heard from him. Also they have you sign so you do not have the 72 hours to change your mind. They never mentioned that to me prior to signing! More
Customer Service I bought two cars from Empire Hyundai. Twice they treated me and my wife like we were the help. If you don't have A+ credit with a huge down payment a I bought two cars from Empire Hyundai. Twice they treated me and my wife like we were the help. If you don't have A+ credit with a huge down payment and buying one of their high end vehicles. they will treat you like a third toe. We had a hard time financing the vehicle. If it wasn't because I reached out to the financial institution we would not have gotten the car. The only thing they did was fill out the application and send it in. We had to do all the foot work. When I called them they either put me on hold, or say the finance manager was unavailable. They have not registered the vehicle until the bank forced their hand about not giving me the vehicle and because I called that and told them I wanted to back out and wanted my down payment back if they wasn't going to give me the car. They didn't follow up with me on my purchase. When they finally called us to pick up the vehicle It wasn't ready and once again we had to wait. I got the call that morning and the sales person told me to pick up the vehicle because the bank got on them for not giving the car to us. When we got there at 4 PM, the car still wasn't ready, and we were told to come back because they have to put the plates on it and detail the vehicle and that they were busy. When we got the vehicle it was dusty inside and out. I drove by that day and the lobby was dead. I won't go back even to service my vehicle. They made us feel like we were beneath them. I owned three Hyundai cars they all been great cars with an excellent warranties. If you are in the market for a brand new Hyundai there are 3 dealerships within 35 miles of Fall River. What's funny is their license plate cover says" Experience the Difference" that is so true their unique that's for sure. More
I purchased my car from them almost 2 years ago. I went down to Empire to look for a car, and was greeted by the nicest salesman, Scott. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and was able to answer any questions I had!
