Everything was explained. It was a quick 30 minutes for first oil and filter and rotate tires. The computer inspection of my car showed cabin filter was dirty and technician recommended replacing which I d first oil and filter and rotate tires. Staff was very nice got most the problems fixed on my car but minus the big problem Which is why I sent my car there. I told them my tire pressure is slowly leaking out everyday and it was not fixed because but minus the big problem Which is why I sent my car there. I told them my tire pressure is slowly leaking out everyday and it was not fixed because it is still happening I bought new tires thinking it would fix the problem and they put the new tires on the front when they told me they rotated the tires other then that problem the gentlemen was nice and fast and easy with talking to explained most of everything he did but I wasn’t happy knowing it wasn’t fixed and now I’m all the way in Florida with my tire still leaking air out the back left tire costing me more money everyday putting air in my tire when I spent so much on 2 new tires that wasn’t even put on in the back so not sure if it’s the tire still or the rim causing the leak More

Extremely rude, seems a bit sexist and spoke down to me, definitely not coming back! Stated he was going to right down I refused to pay for any of his recommendations as if I was being reported to a princip definitely not coming back! No real issues with this dealership. Just never remember bringing my car in for a check-up, and getting exactly what I wanted. There always seem to be something else needed that I was not aware of.
