I was looking for a used vechicle and I was referred to by my Mom who recently purchased a car for Terry. Went in to look at the Sonata. I was greeted immediately by the sales rep. Unlike other dealers I've been to, George did not make me uncomfortable with his approach. My experience with George was excellent though, and if I'm ever in the market for a four door sedan, I will return to Empire, and hope to find George still there. More

Ricky, the salesman, was easy to work with. He was friendly and helpful without being overly pushy. My mother and I were starting our search for a new or late-model used car, and were not really prep friendly and helpful without being overly pushy. But Ricky showed us an Elantra, we test drove it, and my mother was satisfied with it. Still, we were far from ready to buy at that point. We wanted to discuss her wants and needs before committing to a purchase or a price. However, Ricky came back with a price that we could not ignore, and the car was delivered on the same evening. The reason for the ratings I gave. Ricky was very knowledgeable he knew about the car and prices that we were looking at.
