I went out in search for a usedvehicle but ended up buying new. Taking the advice of a friend, I went to Empire Hyundai. I was greeted by a very nice, friendly young man who introduced himself as Jon. buying new. Taking the advice of a friend, I went to Empire Hyundai. I was greeted by a very nice, friendly young man who introduced himself as Jon. Jon answered all of my questions. Unfortunately I left but later returned however Jon was not available as he was w/ another customer. I was then greeted by Aaron. Like Jon, Aaron was very helpful. I returned to the dealership several times before I finalized my sale and each time Jon greeted me by name (nice job) and welcomed me back. He always engaged me in conversation and tried to make sure I was comfortable asking if I wanted something to drink while waiting. I would highly reccomend Empire Hyundai to anyone who is looking for a great car buying experience from the moment you arrive and beyond. I would also like to give a big thanks to Anthony who really works to get the best deal for his customers! More

I was looking for a used vechicle and I was referred to by my Mom who recently purchased a car for Terry. Went in to look at the Sonata. I was greeted immediately by the sales rep. Unlike other dealers I've been to, George did not make me uncomfortable with his approach. My experience with George was excellent though, and if I'm ever in the market for a four door sedan, I will return to Empire, and hope to find George still there. More

The reason for the ratings I gave. Ricky was very knowledgeable he knew about the car and prices that we were looking at. He also listened to me when I told him what I wanted to spend and he did the best he could to keep in the range I wanted. He was very pleasant to work with. Funny when he needed to be and serious when the time called for it. He kept us informed on what was going on and how long it would be before we would have our car. He made some suggestions that helped me get the best deal I could. I would recommend Ricky to all my friends that are looking for a car. More

Ricky, the salesman, was easy to work with. He was friendly and helpful without being overly pushy. My mother and I were starting our search for a new or late-model used car, and were not really prep friendly and helpful without being overly pushy. But Ricky showed us an Elantra, we test drove it, and my mother was satisfied with it. Still, we were far from ready to buy at that point. We wanted to discuss her wants and needs before committing to a purchase or a price. However, Ricky came back with a price that we could not ignore, and the car was delivered on the same evening. The salesman guy is very profesional and will go out of his way to help your experience if you buy a car there try to get guy.He does good quality work he will even do stuff that doesn't have to do with th his way to help your experience if you buy a car there try to get guy.He does good quality work he will even do stuff that doesn't have to do with the car.Very friendly there the staff is kind and curtious.The only reason my overall experience there was good was because of the saleseman guy and the friendly staff however if you buy a car from there get the value of the car before you go so you have better grounds of negotiating because they won't tell you but that goes with anything you buy its worth what you pay for it even if it is worth less but any way find out how much its worth and your experience will be a 5 but if you don't the price sucks they just don't tell you how much its worth.Jesse More
