We recently purchased a **2026 Hyundai Elantra** from Empire Hyundai, and it was one of the best car-buying experiences we've ever had — thanks to Ronnie Webb. From the moment we arrived, Ronnie made Empire Hyundai, and it was one of the best car-buying experiences we've ever had — thanks to Ronnie Webb. From the moment we arrived, Ronnie made us feel welcome and valued. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but he made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. After a year of battling to get the issues corre department. Hyundais have a white paint issue that was covered for repair under a recall / warranty. After a year of battling to get the issues corrected there body shop did a terrible job, the general manager was non responsive for a vehicle we purchased for a lot of money. They did not blend the paint job, on the panels they did paint was not buffed out in some areas, rough and drips around the car doors. We are still battling with these folks with no real results. Like I said stay away from this dealership they are absolutely terrible, buyer beware! More
I had an amazing experience working with Devian at Hyundai Empire. He was kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made the entire car buying process feel smooth and stress-free. As someone buying on Hyundai Empire. He was kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made the entire car buying process feel smooth and stress-free. As someone buying on my own, I really appreciated how patient and helpful he was every step of the way. Devian truly went out of his way to help me and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. I’m beyond happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend asking for Devian if you’re looking for a new car. Thank you again for all your help! More
Went in to purchase a vehicle and put $1000 down to hold it until we returned the next day with our trade in and payment for the vehicle. When we called to arrange a time to come in we were told the manager it until we returned the next day with our trade in and payment for the vehicle. When we called to arrange a time to come in we were told the manager sold the vehicle to someone else, which from what I underststand is illegal. Happily took our business to Mastria and bought a vehicle there and was very satisfied with the experience. More

There were 30,000 miles on the car that I purchased. I was told i was the 1st owner, They used the car as a lease car, and it was in tip-top shape. They were closing so I was told I'd have to come back I was told i was the 1st owner, They used the car as a lease car, and it was in tip-top shape. They were closing so I was told I'd have to come back for the second key. He put 10 dollars in the tank. It was dark/raining. On way home, the wipers were not working properly, leaving streeks headlights did not light the road. We pulled over to check if something was stuck in the wiper and if my headlights were even on. I bought wipers and headlights. Then, within a couple of weeks, my transmission kept feeling like it was slipping. It would jerk enough to where the passenger of the vehicle was like, "What was that?" I sat at hyundai all day to find out there was no second key, and they said the transmission was fine. So my fiance and I talked to the sales manager Connor. After saying he talked to the service department, he informed us they were putting in the order for a new transmission and another key. I kept calling and even texting Connor, sending him reminders, and he just responded, saying the service department would contact me. I talked to the service department countless times, and they just gave me the run around. I called the hyundai warranty to see if I could take my car to another shop and they said not only was my name not on the car at all but there was already an owner of the car so I wouldnt get the 100,000 mile warrenty. I called and left countless messages and talked to a million people, but no one gave me any answers. I made another appointment because my car overheated and my radiator fan was not turning on. There was a leak in the front of my engine, the back of my engine, and next to the transmission pan, it looks like a bad weld line. I was told they weren't leaks it was just seepage and its fine. The definition of seepage is a small leak. So i dont know. My car has 40,000 miles on it the whole system should be working properly not seeping. When I went to go pick up the car. I questioned it because the car smelt like coolant so bad. I had them bring the car back for a second time to make sure it was okay before driving. They said it was fine. I drove from fallriver to Providence, and my car started overheating again. I called hyundai, they told me to call hyundai towing. I met the tow truck driver at hyundai, where I noticed my car pouring out fluid. The tow truck driver hooked into the wrong place in my car, tearing through my windshield washer, fluid reservoir, and the plastic under my car. Hyundai went to go give me a loner car because they didnt fix the problem the first time and tried giving me a car with not only a flat tire but a huge bubble on the tire. I switched cars. Come to find out my radiator fan wasn't working which is why my car was overheating again, which I told them the first time I dropped the car off it wasn't working but they didnt change it. Then they called me saying the car is all set, but they couldn't do anything about what the hyundai towing did, so I had to take my car and wait for someone to call or email me. I asked the service manager if they made sure my car overheating didn't do any damage to the engine and if they are sure the problem is fixed. He guaranteed me they drove it for a long period of time (like they said last time), and everything is fine. I got in my car to drive, look at my mileage, and they drove it like 6 miles. That's it. My car still reeks like coolant. Hopefully, it won't overheat again. But my experience at hyundai has been horrible, as soon as I got the car i had to change the wipers, headlights, and the headlights uv protection is almost all peeled off, I've delt with the car overheating, the brakes grinding, leaking coolant, leaking oil, transmission fluid, the transmission bucking, and more. $600 car loan and my car insurance im paying almost a grand a month for a car thats falling apart. Nevermind the fact that I'm very sick and got the car to travel back & forth to Boston hospital More

I went to Empire Hyundai in Fall River and parked in front of the showroom. A salesperson named Ethan came over and asked if I had an appointment. I said no, I just wanted to look at a used Frontier the front of the showroom. A salesperson named Ethan came over and asked if I had an appointment. I said no, I just wanted to look at a used Frontier they had out front. He told me to let him know if I needed help and let me browse. About two minutes later, Ethan came over again and asked if I had any questions. By then, I had realized the Frontier was a lower trim than I wanted, so I wasn’t interested. On the way out, I noticed a used 2024 Santa Cruz and stopped to take a look. Ethan came over and asked if I needed assistance. I asked three simple questions: Is this the Limited trim? What engine does it have? What is the towing capacity? He originally got all three answers wrong and guessed with each one. I also asked for the price, and he gave me the wrong price range at first. I had questions about the Frontier as well, which were also answered incorrectly. He seemed like he was afraid to say I don't know. Ethan clearly didn’t know much about his used cars, which is somewhat understandable, but there’s no excuse when it comes to knowing your own product line. Salespeople should study their vehicles before pushing for a sale so they don’t look bad in front of customers. Since I had test-driven a Limited trim before, I wanted to see how this one compared in feel and performance. I asked to take it for a test drive, and Ethan asked, “Are you going to buy today?” I told him I wouldn’t know until after I drove it. He said I couldn’t test drive it unless my intention was to buy. That’s funny, because just last week I was able to test drive a Santa Cruz at a Hyundai dealership in Plymouth with no issue at all. What’s the difference? I just wanted to compare before making a decision. He even mentioned it would be a hassle to take it out for a test drive. This dealership clearly only cares about making a sale, not about the customer experience. I’ve never been a Hyundai person, but I liked the idea of the Santa Cruz. If their sales process is this bad, I can only imagine how bad the post sale experience would be. This was a horrible experience, and I’m off to the next Hyundai dealership to “waste their time” with a test drive. I really hope I like the lower trim. Good job, Empire Hyundai. More
