Cobie is a great representative for Empire. He is very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I found him to be very professional also. Everything went smoothly during the transaction. Jim was a real nice guy to work with. He wasn't pushy like the other sales people I worked with. My buying experience started ok enough as I took a couple cars for test drives and working with Marina was easy. The problems started after the initial visit. I went back two days later so my wife could se cars for test drives and working with Marina was easy. The problems started after the initial visit. I went back two days later so my wife could see the car and so we could finish up paperwork. I called Marina before we left and let her know we were coming (it's a 45 minute drive from my house). When we arrived Marina was out and we had to wait 45 minutes, not even the managers offered to help us out with our situation as we wanted to move ahead with the paperwork and have my wife sign docs to get her and our two young kids out of there. So after our 45 minute wait with no apology, we then wait another 1.5 hours for my wife to sign one piece of paper to sign over our old plates (which ultimately didn't work so the whole time spent waiting was futile) which was annoying and surely could have somehow been done quicker... it's one piece of paper! So we finally wrap up and they then find they're missing the second key. I ask them to send it to my address and they say they can't so that requires another trip to the dealership on another day which I make, I figure that everyone makes mistakes so it's fine. I then get called back to the dealership to pick up my registration a couple of days later by Marina so I waste 1.5 hours of my work day to go pick it up, only to find that it's not ready. Marina had just called me to tell me it was ready so the whole trip was wasted and was completely avoidable and again no apology was offered. Another trip was needed to pick up the registration and we agreed to meet in the middle of the long route I have to take to get to the dealership, again she shows up 30 minutes late (about five minutes before I was about to leave in hopelessness). The whole botched operation was incredibly stressful and I'm not the sort of person who ever writes critically but this was a debacle and I would caution anyone dealing with this dealership to not have high expectations about how competent everyone there is. Overall I had an issue with Marina, the sales managers who declined to help with getting one form for my wife to sign as we waited for Marina and with whoever handles their key inventory as that too caused an extra trip. It was also disappointing that the refused to send anything in the mail (key or registration or new plates), even certified mail wasn't "secure" enough for them. I believe they just don't value my time at all and would rather not pay postage or for anyone to travel to me to help correct for their own mistakes. When you've screwed up as badly and often as they had it's time to bend "procedure" to help make up for previous carelessness. More
Very nice people, good experiences overall. On the day of purchase, they took the time to explain how to use all the features of the car, and set up the radio stations and bluetooth features. Very good experience with this salesperson so far. I wanted to test drive a few different vehicles to figure out which one I was truly interested in. He took his time and didn't pressure me. I had heard that Empire Hyundai in Fall River was a good dealership to go through from a friend. My mother needed a new/used car so we went to the dealership together and Terry had helped us find the right dealership to go through from a friend. My mother needed a new/used car so we went to the dealership together and Terry had helped us find the right car for my mom. He was so professional and very kind and considerate. He did not rush us at all, which is really great because wer had gotten that from other salesmen before. He asked my mom what kind of car she was looking for, if we wanted any upgrades and then he just found us the right car. I not only reccomend all my friends and family to go to Empire , I also recommend Terry he was absolutely phenominal. More

The price could have been a little bit better but i was satisfied. Overall experience. was not excellent but good because we had to wait like 3 hours to get it registered at the dealership.
