I am sitting here reading these reviews and I'm astonished by the high ratings for this dealership. This website is actually losing credibility with each sentence I read. I am usually a very calm astonished by the high ratings for this dealership. This website is actually losing credibility with each sentence I read. I am usually a very calm person until I feel like someone is really trying to take advantage of me. The first salesman I talked to was supposed to get back to me by phone with some vehicle information, which never happened. So we then went back, dealt with another salesman who was more helpful but not exactly trustworthy. After we agreed on a price and I repeated several times "This is the amount we are financing, right?" to which he agreed, I gave him my social security number to run my credit. The manager then comes in and it's starts becoming like a flim flam operation. He's quickly switching numbers around and refuses to tell me the cost of the car. I finally get angry and demand the price of the car for the 4th time and it's over $6000.00 more than what the salesman told me. And mind you, I went on the Hyundai website and built a car fully loaded and it wasn't as much as his price and at that time Hyundai was offering a $1500.00 rebate.After wasting many hours there, I walked out infuriated at how they were trying to con my husband and I. I told them I would never step foot in there again and rest assured I won't. After telling people the story, several have said they have had bad experiences there. Maybe there family members are writing these reviews. Who knows. More

My husband had actually walked in to just look around, and we found the car that was best for our family, our sales rep was exceptional, he worked overtime just to get us the deal that we were looking for and we found the car that was best for our family, our sales rep was exceptional, he worked overtime just to get us the deal that we were looking for, and sure enough that night I went home with a beautiful vehicle and at a great price at that, as a women i don't like being in dealership but the whole staff worked had and as fast as they could to get me what I was asking for, would I recomend them to my family and friends absoulutley, Colby our sales rep was exceptional even after the deal was done follow up call to make sure we were satisfied had not experience that from any other dealership. He was able to get us the vehicle we were looking at online and demonstrate it knowledgeablely. we came in on a budget and a payment, and to my surprise left right on that number we needed to be at. My wife and i had intended to shop around but, the vehicle and price left us buyers. Follow up phone calls, and even a post card left us both feeling good about our purchase. i would definatly purchase there again. More

It was an excellent experience. Cobie was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all of our questions. He was so friendly and pleasant. My husband & I walked into Empire for the Presidents Sale. We were hoping for a 2011 Sonata but ended up with a Impala which we love! We had Cobie as a salesman, he explained to us that he was new & we Sale. We were hoping for a 2011 Sonata but ended up with a Impala which we love! We had Cobie as a salesman, he explained to us that he was new & we had no problem with that. He very nice, professional, & very helpful to us. We took instant delivery & had to go back the following day for signing of paperwork, & even at that point Cobie made sure to re-welcome us & ask if there was anything he could for us. I went to Empire Hyundai with my sister for their President's Day Sale. She was looking to purchase a Hyundai Elantra. Our salesman, Colbie, was fantastic, he made us feel welcome from the moment w President's Day Sale. She was looking to purchase a Hyundai Elantra. Our salesman, Colbie, was fantastic, he made us feel welcome from the moment we walked into the showroom! He informed us right from the beginning that he had only been with Empire for a few weeks, but I never would have guessed it. He had a wonderful sense of humor, and was very friendly and professional. He was able to answer all our questions about several Hyundai models, and prior to our test drive, he highlighted many of the great features on the Elantra from bumper to bumper. My sister ended up buying a brand new 2011 Hyundai Elantra. The only down side was how long all the paperwork took, but that's how it is no matter what dealership you go to. During the wait we were offered refreshments on multiple occasions, and Colbie even offered to share his lunch with me,(I'm eight months pregnant)! My sister ended up with a great deal, and the experience was as pleasant as anyone could hope for. :) More
