After selecting the right vehicle Mike had explained every detail about the 2012 Hyundai Elantra. Which was a fair price, after all the dealership has to pay their bills, the salesman make his commision, and my family saves the most it can with the most bang for the buck. The final price we came up with is what I had brought into the dealership for reference. So I believe I got a fair price and was happy with what I paid for the vehicle. I also opted for the extraodinary warranty offer of 72 months or 100K miles as I am a first New Hyundai buyer I wanted to be on the safe side. The overall experience was rated as "Good" due to the financial departments oversight on important paperwork needed for the car (Certificate of origin) that they did not have yet but sold me the car first anyway and didn't notice it was missing until they went to register my vehicle. However, Mike Camara, our salesman, was a very helpful man. He answered our million questions, he knew his stuff, was extremely knowledgable and we decided on a more than fair price for the car. He put us in a rental car until our car was all set for us and was a kind, genuine man. More

Two days ago I stopped at this dealership while out looking at new cars. While they "in theroy" would have some good options for me...they actually had none available and literally told me they would h looking at new cars. I went there with a specific car in mind and they found it for me. I'm a sales manager at a jewelry store so I know what great sales experience should be. I put a $200 hold on the car so I could come back to buy it on my day off. After I bought the car mike showed me how to set up the blue tooth and radio and everything! Great service! We didn't buy from Empire because they wouldn't bring the price down to where we wanted it. However, Mike Camara was a FANTASTIC guy to work with. I walked into Empire Hyundai in need of a new car and completely inflexible with regards to the monthly payment I needed to be in. The finance manager approved my loan at an outstanding rate and offered me additional coverage that will give me peice of mind for as long as I own the car. The service team did me the tremendous favor of getting the car inspected for me so that I didn't have to take time out of my busy work schedule to do it. It didn't matter that I purchased a relatively inexpensive car in the Accent. All involved have made me feel like a priority customer who has the best car in town. More
