Was not really planning on purchasing a vehicle when I went there. Just wanted to test drive the Sonata and the Elantra. We fell in love with it, but still were not ready to buy. We ended up spending most of the day, negotiating with Mike and Josh. And, we left that day with the Sonata!! We really didn't have intention of buying at this time. Mike Camara was the salesperson that approached us and introduced us to the models we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles that we had asked questions about. He was very friendly and professional throughout all the time we spent with him. After spending a great deal of time with us, we decided on purchasing a 2012 Elantra Limited. We decided on purchasing a Hyundai because of all the great reviews we have read about them. You also can't beat the 40 MPG rating and great new styling of all their vehicles. So in closing, I would have to say we had a great experience with purchasing our new car at Empire Hyundai and dealing with Mike Camara. Mike made a big difference in our decision to purchase a Hyundai. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle. More

I can't say enough about my experience at Empire! Not knowing if I would be able to afford a new car or even be approved to buy one, I was unsure what lied ahead. From the moment JEFF SWAGGER approached me, he put me at ease. I had my two boys with me and Jeff was really great (and patient!!) with them. Jeff listened to what I needed/wanted and my concerns. He immediately started working numbers and kept working until we got to a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. Josh was very courteous & helpful. We are in the market for a new, small car & having bought a Hyundai (from another dealership) about 2 years ago I am familiar with & like this car brand. The price for the 2012 Accents is more than we were hoping to spend even after Josh came down a bit. We are still shopping around, but did not feel pressured to buy right away, which is a nice departure from the usual. I will be sure to give another update if we decide to buy from them. More

Thomas was WONDERFUL!! I had the opportunity to meet the sales manager Joe, finance manager Steve and the owner Rick, all of these gentlemen were very helpful, and made buying a car a great experience! Steve took extra time to go over every sheet of paper and made sure my mother understood all of her paperwork, and warranties. The dealership was spotless, and all of the staff seemed to work as a team and get along great! With their plans of a new customer waiting room complete with wifi, computers and a snack bar this dealership will only be getting better. Go see Empire Hyundai, you will not leave disappointed!! More
