Mike Camara was very good. He was knowledgeable about the car, and was very eager to help us. The Sales Manager was quite evasive and would not answer direct questions relating to the total cost of the the car, and was very eager to help us. The Sales Manager was quite evasive and would not answer direct questions relating to the total cost of the vehicle (including financing) unless asked several times. The financier made a mistake when processing our finance application leading to an extra 5 hours or so at the dealership. I am very happy with my car, and was very happy with the service I received from Mike Camara. The rest of the team let him down though. More
Jeff is awesome!! First, we sat down and he asked me several questions so he could have a better understanding of what I was looking for. After that, he took me out to the vehicle and gave me a brief e several questions so he could have a better understanding of what I was looking for. After that, he took me out to the vehicle and gave me a brief explanation of the vehicles features. On our test drive, he was very personable and down to earth. He did not pressure me at all, he respected my financial limits, and answered all the questions I had. He worked diligently to get me the most for my money and because of that I purchased my first NEW car. Thanks Jeff!! You're the best. More

Jeff met us at the door and welcomed us to Empire Hyundai. We told him we were interested in a Tucson, and he found one in the price range we gave him. He demonstrated the options on the Tucson. He opened the hood and the doors to tell us about the engine and air bags. We took it for a test drive. He was courteous as he explained how everything worked on the Tucson. After our test drive, we told him that we we would like to buy a Tucson but in a different color. He told us that he would do his best to find one. He then introduced us to the Jeff in the Service Department. He called a few days later to explain he could not find one in New England. We gave him several other color choices. Someone from Empire (sorry we can't remember his name) called back to say the colors we wanted could not be found, but we could eome in and have a choice of Iris Blue or Red in the options we wanted. We returned on Thursday and decided on the Iris Blue. Jeff took care of the paper work, talked with our insurance agent, introduced us to Joe in Finance, and we made the deal. We returned that afternoon, and the Tucson was ours. Before we drove off, Jeff once again reviewed the options with us. We were pleased with our experience at Empire Hyundai. More
Had some warranty work done on my less-than-a-year-old Hyundai. They did a terribly sloppy job. Oil everywhere. Anti-freeze overfilled and spilling everywhere. I visited Empire Hyundai on Saturday, November 5th. Jeff S graciously greeted me and enthusiastically responded to all my questions and suggested vehicles that would suit my budget and a test drive. Jeff and I took a short ride and after test-driving a 2010 Accent, I instantly made the decision to purchase this vehicle. Jeff discretely obtained my personal information, discussed vehicle price, trade-in value and a transaction was established. Jeff was exceptionally informative as he completed the formalities and demonstrated the features of my vehicle. Jeff introduced me to the very polite Service Manager and Leslie, the personable finance manager. I was now eagerly prepared to accept ownership of my new vehicle, thanks to Jeff. The purchase of my 2010 Hyundai Accent was a pleasurable experience. The expertise of the above-mentioned personnel at Empire Hyundai is meritorious. More
I had a great experience, Jeff was great and did a hell of a job getting the vehicle I wanted and the price. The Finance part was good the fellow helping was very pleasant but I think we should be able to of a job getting the vehicle I wanted and the price. I was told before signing any paper that my car would cost me $309 a month that was after the handshake with Jeffrey Swanger. My monthly bill is $338 a month the financial fellow (sorry forgot his name) told me he could get my apr to 4% if I chose the gap coverage, interior coverage and vinetch coverage. He told me if I didn't choose this option I would be paying a higher monthly payment. I feel I was a false story. Once I get my payment book in I will contact the bank that approved me and I will find out if these options were necessary for my payment of $309 a month. If this is not true Hyundai will lower my monthly payment. Thank you. Option 2 is questionable. More
