I found this the absolute worst dealership I have ever been in. I went their with my son,21 no credit yet--did have an insurance bill that was 3 years old that showed collections but paid in full 3 years been in. It was a policy that had been cancelled but got billed to him anyway. Stated he needed at least three thousand down plus his trade in. Which was fine. The problem I found was when we went outside to look at cars they showed us 2 used vehicles, I asked them how much the sales rep said he wasn't sure, At that point I asked him what price range he felt my son should stay in, again couldn't tell me proceeded to get finance manager who told me he could only put him in an accent or those two used cars. Very shady place, we left and ultimately got financed through a dealership--which told us from the get go what price range we should stay in and how much was expected down! More

Perfect Experience with Thomas! Funny and super friendly! I had no hope on getting a nice car, but after i explained my situation to Thomas, he was so positive and ready to work with me! If anyone comes to this dealership i HIGHLY recommend thomas as a saleman. He was also very HONEST! I left feeling NOT cheated or scammed for my money. He seemed like he was really in it to make his customers happy. Im so happy i made the choice to come to this dealership! I now have a beautiful, new, affordable and realiable car. Went there because saw ad in paper. Called beforehand to make sure ad was legit. When I arrived, I test drove the car in the paper. I liked the car and sat down with the salesman to discuss the price. I was going to be a cash buyer. Because Joel was newer, he brought over someone else who I assume was a sales manager. This person was the stereotypical salesman in all respects. He showed me the ad and asked where I saw the price that I was referencing, when I pointed it out he said that includes military, college grad and loyalty discounts plus $3500 down. I don't know how they could make fine print smaller than what they used. Talk about the old bait and switch. I'm thinking about reporting it to the Mass AG's office because it was that blatant. I wouldn't trust this dealership for anything. DO NOT GO THERE. More

But I went into Empire Hyundai today with my fiancee, Just thinking to myself oh boy here wego again!!!! but by the time i left i was very impressed it wasn't about how much money they could make off us but it was about accomodating us in the car we wanted to buy along with our budget.. Our sales man Ray was very nice. He talked business with us but also talked to us as we were friends, He also had a good sence of humor.. Which now a days you don't get that much anywhere.I would highly reccomend Empire Hyundai to others.. Jeff was very helpful with giving "realistic" expectations. I went to numerous dealerships before going to Empire and all of them told be what I "wanted" to hear. After meeting with Jeff, I felt like I was dealing with a honest salesman.We negotiated for awhile and it didn't look like I was going to get the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. Jeff assure me he could find exactly what I was looking for, after talking about manual transmission vs. automatic, he found the perfect car for me within minutes! It was the price range I was looking for and the payments I was comfortable with. Everything that was offered/promised to me was honored and done with a great attitude! Today< i called him up for some services I needed, with my busy schedule and the Christmas around the corner, he called me back within minutes with an appointment for tomorrow morning! I couldn't be more satisfied! More
