Slick sales people. They took teh MSRP value of the car, added $5K to it, then offered $5K for my trade in value. So they wanted to give me 0 for my car and sell the car for MSRP and tried to make it sound added $5K to it, then offered $5K for my trade in value. So they wanted to give me 0 for my car and sell the car for MSRP and tried to make it sound like the deal of the century. I really feel that they treat prospective customers like fools. I know they do OK over there, but if your in the market for a new car, BEWARE. Don't go there looking for a bargain, because they just shuffle trade in values and add on costs to the MSRP to get you to pay full price. By the way thier definition of MSRP is just a basline for their pricing. " They determine the prices of thier car by how popular the vehical is " I have a feeling they only sell " popular cars " there and doubt you will see anything on thiet lot at or below a MSRP. I found this the absolute worst dealership I have ever been in. I went their with my son,21 no credit yet--did have an insurance bill that was 3 years old that showed collections but paid in full 3 years been in. It was a policy that had been cancelled but got billed to him anyway. Stated he needed at least three thousand down plus his trade in. Which was fine. The problem I found was when we went outside to look at cars they showed us 2 used vehicles, I asked them how much the sales rep said he wasn't sure, At that point I asked him what price range he felt my son should stay in, again couldn't tell me proceeded to get finance manager who told me he could only put him in an accent or those two used cars. Very shady place, we left and ultimately got financed through a dealership--which told us from the get go what price range we should stay in and how much was expected down! More

Went there because saw ad in paper. Called beforehand to make sure ad was legit. When I arrived, I test drove the car in the paper. This person was the stereotypical salesman in all respects. He showed me the ad and asked where I saw the price that I was referencing, when I pointed it out he said that includes military, college grad and loyalty discounts plus $3500 down. I don't know how they could make fine print smaller than what they used. Talk about the old bait and switch. I'm thinking about reporting it to the Mass AG's office because it was that blatant. I wouldn't trust this dealership for anything. DO NOT GO THERE. More

Our sales man Ray was very nice. He talked business with us but also talked to us as we were friends, He also had a good sence of humor.. Which now a days you don't get that much anywhere.I would highly reccomend Empire Hyundai to others..
