The reason I'm giving this review is because I bought a car here 6yrs ago and had an awful experience.... Our sales man Ray was very nice. He talked business with us but also talked to us as we were friends, He also had a good sence of humor.. Which now a days you don't get that much anywhere.I would highly reccomend Empire Hyundai to others.. Jeff was very helpful with giving "realistic" expectations. I went to numerous dealerships before going to Empire and all of them told be what I "wanted" to hear. Jeff assure me he could find exactly what I was looking for, after talking about manual transmission vs. automatic, he found the perfect car for me within minutes! It was the price range I was looking for and the payments I was comfortable with. Everything that was offered/promised to me was honored and done with a great attitude! Today< i called him up for some services I needed, with my busy schedule and the Christmas around the corner, he called me back within minutes with an appointment for tomorrow morning! Mike Camara was very good. He was knowledgeable about the car, and was very eager to help us. The Sales Manager was quite evasive and would not answer direct questions relating to the total cost of the the car, and was very eager to help us. The Sales Manager was quite evasive and would not answer direct questions relating to the total cost of the vehicle (including financing) unless asked several times. The financier made a mistake when processing our finance application leading to an extra 5 hours or so at the dealership. I am very happy with my car, and was very happy with the service I received from Mike Camara. The rest of the team let him down though. More

Jeff is awesome!! First, we sat down and he asked me several questions so he could have a better understanding of what I was looking for. After that, he took me out to the vehicle and gave me a brief e several questions so he could have a better understanding of what I was looking for.
