I was lied to my face about the KBB value of my trade in, do they not think everyone lookup the trade in value of their car before they go into a dealership! I wonder how many people have been 'forced' into buying a car they didn't want and were then coerced into writing a favorable review?? More

Drove up first thing on weekend morning to see what the internet offer for the Tucson was about. When pulling into the dealership, all the car sales reps were outside raring to go. Came across my car Salesman Ron Webb and his trainee Rosie. They made the whole process so easy on what I was looking for. They pulled up in the Tucson with all the features I was looking for. After taking the Tucson for a test ride and the researching I previously done, I knew this was my new SUV. When it came to negotiations with sales rep Paul, this became a very long process while I was at the dealership. They were determine to make the sale and they were doing their best to see if they can get the pricing of the Tuscon within my budget. After coming to an agreement, I needed to go double check on a couple of things. Ron did a follow up call, just to make sure I was all set to go. Told Ron, I would feel better if they could get the price of the Tuscon a down little to fit my budget. Ron advised he would talk to the sales manager Mike to see if this could make this happened. Next day received a phone call from the Mike. Our conversation quick, simple and he came up on a way to drop the price down. Looking forward on go to the dealership to get my new Tuscon today. My family and I just bought a brand new 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring from Joe Rodriguez at Empire Hyundai in Fall River, MA. Out of all the dealers I contacted in Southeastern Massachusetts, they were Elantra Touring from Joe Rodriguez at Empire Hyundai in Fall River, MA. Out of all the dealers I contacted in Southeastern Massachusetts, they were the ones that had the right car at the right price. Some other dealerships we talked to didn't seem very interested in selling us a car, maybe they presumed we were just kicking the tires so we weren't really worth their effort. That was not the case with Joe at Empire Hyundai. He greeted me at the door and brought me for my test drive in the car that I inquired about. It was sitting ready for me at the front door. Joe worked very hard to earn my business and get me in the perfect car for my young family at a great price with an extremely low rate on my financing. He also earned my respect. If he says something, you can be certain he's going to make it happen. That is worth it's weight in gold when purchasing a car. When we made arangements to come back to look at the car and ultimately make the purchase, it was on Joe's day off. Needless to say, he was right there greeting us at the door. He said maybe he'd take a day off next week. I would not hesitate in recommending him and Empire Hyundai to my friends and family. Joe Carvalho walked us through the finance process knowledgeably answering all of my questions. He made that part equally painless. I have now bought my last 2 cars from them and I will certainly be shopping there first when it is time for my third. Couldn't be happier with the car or the service.
