I came here to purchase a new car for my family and I couldn't be happier! My sales man Ronald W. was the most patient sales man I worked with and I did some serious shopping around. He knew exactly what he was talking about inside and out / every detail about the car I had decided on. Best part too was he set up my iphone and the bluetooth for the road! I would highly recommend Emipre Hyundai when looking for a new/used car. My respresentive Syed was extremely helpful and very professional when trying to stay within my budget. I walked in knowing what car a new/used car. My respresentive Syed was extremely helpful and very professional when trying to stay within my budget. I walked in knowing what car I wanted and he made that happen. I am thankful he was very understaning with what i wanted. Everyone knows its not easy buying a car but when you have the right help it can be. I was lied to my face about the KBB value of my trade in, do they not think everyone lookup the trade in value of their car before they go into a dealership! The salesman was pushy pushy pushy and the sales do they not think everyone lookup the trade in value of their car before they go into a dealership! The salesman was pushy pushy pushy and the sales manager was even worse! I felt like I was in a used car dealership and they were trying to force me into a car that I didn't want! I wonder how many people have been 'forced' into buying a car they didn't want and were then coerced into writing a favorable review?? More

I just brought a car from this dealership and everyone there was super friendly. My sales rep Syed was excellent and really new alot about the car. When it came down to the financing Mike and Joe did ev there was super friendly. My sales rep Syed was excellent and really new alot about the car. Ron greeted us as we first pulled up to Empire Hyundai. My husband and I were very pleased with his knowledge of the vehicles, from saftey to options. Even though we couldnt find a car in our price range that day, they were committed to making sure they could get us into a vehicle we liked in our price range. Ron, said that "Empire will never loose a deal when it comes to the price of a car" So I am hoping they will be be able to get us into the car we want for the price we need!
