Ron is a great salesman to work with especially if you are a woman. He is polite and respectful without the car salesman arrogance so often found on a sales floor. The dealership had the specific vehicle I wanted so most of the time was spent in the financial negotiations. Paul handled that aspect and although we initially started out far apart, eventually the outcome was very satisfactory. Ron did a great job explaining all the aspects of the car and made "sign and drive" happen in less than an hour after we finished negotiating. I really hadn't planned to drive off in a new car today but they certainly made it happen. I would certainly consider using Empire again for my next purchase or lease. More

I have bought a handful of new and used cars over the years, and at this point in my life, as a divorced, single mother of 2 in this tight economy, I do not have the patience or the financial resources to be manipulated by a stressful sales experience. Syed was authentic and accommodating and resourceful and knowledgeable - everything you want a car salesman to be - without the fluffy sales pitch and strong-arming crap that usually comes with the negotiation process. I have terrible credit, and Syed (Manager) and Mike (General Sales Manager) made the deal happen anyway. Moreover, these guys got me a VERY comfortable monthly rate and got me into the specific vehicle that I wanted! Empire Hyundai has just earned a customer for life!
