Syed was AWESOME! I walked in the dealership fearing the worse, as I have poor credit. I am trying so hard to rebuild my credit. My car needed to be traded in and I needed to be in a new car. Syed helped me worse, as I have poor credit. I am trying so hard to rebuild my credit. My car needed to be traded in and I needed to be in a new car. Syed helped me every way that he could. He explained everything in depth, he knew a lot about the car and was extremely helpful in the whole process. Needless to say, I am now a proud owner of a 2013 Hyundai Elantra!! Thank you Syed!!! I highly recommend you go see Syed with any of auto needs! More

I went to Empire to get my 2012 Accent serviced and a week later drove off in a 2013 Elantra!! I came in for my routine change and asked a very nice salesman, Elder, to show me the new Elantras. I ha week later drove off in a 2013 Elantra!! I came in for my routine change and asked a very nice salesman, Elder, to show me the new Elantras. I had no plans on purchasing a new car until January 2014. Elder and I test drove both the Elantra and Sonata but I told him I was still not ready to buy. I told him I would see him next year. Well...he then asked what was on my wish list and boy did I tell him. We both laughed, and I went on my way. 3 days later he sent me a picture of my wish list and 6 days later I drove off in my new car. Everyone at Empire is wonderful, but you will have a great chance with Elder. More

I went to this dealership looking for a new Hyundai Sonata. We had previously worked with another employee who is no longer there. Ricardo took us right in and worked with us on numbers we previously h Sonata. We had previously worked with another employee who is no longer there. Ricardo took us right in and worked with us on numbers we previously had from our earlier visit. They took the time to work with me, but also did everything in a timely manner. GREAT experience! I came into the Empire just to pick up my mom's new car she purchased with Syed and I ended up leaving with a brand new Hyundai as well. The service was wonderful, Syed was excellent and just a great repre she purchased with Syed and I ended up leaving with a brand new Hyundai as well. My wife and I had a great experience at Empire Hyundai. Mr Ronald Webb was very knowledgeable. He provided us many options on purchasing a new vehicle. He was also very knowledgeable in the car we purchased and provided a detailed breakdown of every feature in our new car. He also provided us with detailed information on the overall car itself. He also worked with his manager to provide us an affordable payment plan without affecting our budget. We definitely recommend either purchasing or leasing a car from Empire Hyundai. Saw a vehicle I liked and made an offer, got a call from Jessica and worked out a deal, she confirmed it with her manager. I asked her once more if she was sure about the price and she assured me it was all Jessica and worked out a deal, she confirmed it with her manager. I asked her once more if she was sure about the price and she assured me it was all set and we set up an appointment. I drove an hour and a half from NH to Fall River and liked the vehicle and was ready to make the deal. Paul told me he could not make the deal because they paid more for the car than the deal, but, would be willing to make a deal at a higher price (of course), I walked out, I will not do business with dishonest people!!! I am disgusted with this dealership and the people I dealt with. More

This was definitely a tough review to write because I had a great experience with my salesperson and a horrible experience with the finance guy. I am writing this review so others can avoid the situation I f a great experience with my salesperson and a horrible experience with the finance guy. I am writing this review so others can avoid the situation I found myself in at this dealership. My salesperson was friendly and very easy to deal with. Since I already had pricing from other dealers and they were willing to beat those prices so it was quite easy to work out the bottom line price. Once I signed on the dotted line with my salesman I figured I was all set. I was happy with the payment that was worked out. I was then brought into the back office where the finance guy informed me I either had to come up with tax money or my payment would go up. I had already given my salesman my money down and was under the impression that was all I needed to have the payment they gave me. I have been buying cars for 30 years and have never had this happen to me. Everytime I ever agreed to a payment and shook a salemans hand that was it. I am not stupid and know when someone is trying to pull a fast one. I almost cancelled everything until the taxes where mysteriously covered in the payment I wanted. What a joke. If I hadn't gotten such a good price and spend so much time there I wouldv'e left. Also the finance guy became very upset when all this was going on and became very short with me. I wish this was the end of this disaster but it was only the beginning. I was then offered a warranty at an unbelievably few dollars in my payment. So he does the paperwork and doesn't go over anything just tells me to sign here, here, and here. I was almost done until I noticed the paperwork from the bank was wrong. My loan had gone up a year and all of a sudden I knew why the warranty was gonna cost me peanuts everymonth. When I demanded the loan be change back the warranty over tripled in price. Wow this was one of the sneakiest thing I have ever had done to me. I just wanted to finish up and get the heck outa there. To make matters worse this guy is rude to me the rest of the time in his office because I caught him trying to screw me. I may be old but I miss the days of shaking a mans hand and having a done deal. I am still stunned at what happened and would not recommend anyone go there. The only reason I didnt give all 1's in this review was because I can't blame the salesman for what happened after. I left any names out of this because I blame the whole dealership for this and find it hard to believe they don't know and condone what this guy tried to do to me. Nice try fellows but I am not an idiot. This is too bad because I love my car. I wont be using my free year of service either for fear of what they would try to pull. More
