Personable, knowledgable flexible employees that satisfied our financial and performance needs. We chose a SONATA, our third HYUNDAI vehicle primarily because of their efforts. When we arrived at EMPIRE HYUNDAI we were immediately assisted by CAESAR DeFLORIO and we initiated a proposal on a lease. We decided to "sleep" on it and Caesar followed up the next day with us. We stopped by the dealership again and Caesar along with Sales Manager Jerry Sandler structured a lease agreement that was within all our concerns. We have a 2004 SANTA FE and a 2007 SONATA, so we are familiar with the performance and dependability of the HYUNDAI vehicles. We are gifting the SONATA to our daughter so that she can complete her last semester of clinical studies commuting to Boston hospitals. We are confident in the performance and safety of the vehicle and consequently need another vehicle for us. Caesar and Jerry made that real easy, getting a 2013 SONATA GLS with plenty of options at a fabulous price. We can't even begin to find a rating high enough for these gentlemen and the effort they put forth to make this deal "work". When our friends and family even mention a new or leased car intention you can rest assured we will be pointing them to Caesar and Jerry at EMPIRE HYUNDAI !!!! More
I walked into Empire Hyundai with no expectations due to bad credit history. I was amazed at how hard Jeff and the finance staff worked on getting me into a finance loan that would fit into my budget. The bad credit history. They offered me a great trade-in offer for the vehicle I was currently paying for and got me into a beautiful 2012 Nissan Altima with only 3k miles :) Jeff was AWESOME and made this experience overall a BREEZE :) I wish I had visited Empire Hyundai sooner! We leased a 2012 car and had a horrible experience but it was my sons decision to return and lease another car one year later and was promised a new car at the same lease price. The salesman spoke to me on a Wednesday feb 13 th and I was asked to come in on Saturday at 3 pm to sign the papers. My son left 100$ on that day and agreed to return on Saturday the 16 th. when we got to the showroom our salesman was busy and did not help us until after I went to the counter and complaines at 4:15. I was then informed they couldn't locate the vehicle my son wanted, no paperwork was even started. We were there almost 4 hours and left with a different model and another 500 down and an additional 20$ a month, but the car was a better model with more features, we left with the car that day. It is now the 18 th of march and the dealership says they sent the payoff but hyundai has not received it or credited my account, as far as they are concerned I'm still responsible for both cars and am almost two months late! Empire says they have done what they were supposed to do and even though I have complained to the attorney generals office the payment is still outstanding and the comment to me from the finance mgr was ill look like fool in perusing this matter. We will see about that. More

I am so happy with my new car. Cory Braz was the dealer when I purchased my Hyundai Elantra. He took his time and made sure I got everything I wanted in the car and didn't rush me at all.
