Departments do not communicate with each other and it's a hassle to get information about service being done to your vehicle or how long it's going to take. If you leave a message, they will not call back fo hassle to get information about service being done to your vehicle or how long it's going to take. If you leave a message, they will not call back for hours. Lastly, it took 3 days for an oil change and an inspection sticker. By far the worst service I have ever received! More

Poor service department Brought in a 2018 F-350 to service check engine light. Service department was to order part and get back to me. Took approximately five weeks and multiple phone calls to the service department before truck was serviced. Service department had multiple reasons why they couldn't get part. Only dealer or mechanic I've dealt with who couldn't get a part in a couple of days. More
Works oil change I came in to get a works oil change. It took forever I dropped off my car at 9:30 am and it was not done until almost 11:30 am. Then we I get there th I came in to get a works oil change. It took forever I dropped off my car at 9:30 am and it was not done until almost 11:30 am. Then we I get there they tell me they didn’t rotate my tires because the lug nuts were swollen which is a common problem with the factory lug nuts. Now being a ford dealership and this is a common problem why didn’t you rotate my tires and instead told me to order after market lug nuts. This makes no sense to me. More
Fast and friendly service realized I was over the mileage for an oil change. I stopped into Empire and Deb took the necessary info. And directed me to the waiting area. I struck up a quick conversation with another customer, and hadn’t even finished and the oil change was done. I was back on the road in under a half hour and so glad that I was able to get my vehicle serviced so quickly that I didn’t lose any time from my work day. Major kudos to Deb in service for stellar customer service and amazingly fast turnaround time! More
