Routine work only not a problem but when I was told a four wheel brake job would be $1300 I thought that was a true rip off. I declined the work and had a complete 4 wheel brake job with all new genuine four wheel brake job would be $1300 I thought that was a true rip off. How can Empire Ford be a friend to the consumer when a person is quoting a price crazy high like that. People who don't know any better pay that and its a shame. More

Not a single worker had a mask on, and no CDC protocols for Covid were followed. It was awful, and I will not go back even after Covid crisis is over. It is a dirty dealership inside and outside. The tech who serviced my car did not wear gloves or disinfect when he was done. I was told when I scheduled appointment that Covid protocols are in place.
