My truck has been there for 3 months getting a transmission fixed that they dont know how to fix it. I brought my F150 in on June 3, because my brakes were squeaking. When I went there I spoke with Joe Morra and told him what the issue was he took my keys and kept my truck on Thursday to work on it. I pi squeaking. When I went there I spoke with Joe Morra and told him what the issue was he took my keys and kept my truck on Thursday to work on it. I picked it up on Thursday night he said it was a loose caliper and the bill was $315. On Friday when I use the truck again the same noise was still there I dropped it off Friday morning he kept it all day never worked on it. Friday night I picked the truck at 5:30, at this point everyone from service was gone. I asked the girl at part to get me key and she did. My truck is making the same exact noise, that it was before Empire Ford charged me 315.00 dollars, for nothing. More
