service after sale is poor i purchased a vehicle from this company in january and they sold me a extended warranty knowing it would not cover a modified vehicle as the one i pur i purchased a vehicle from this company in january and they sold me a extended warranty knowing it would not cover a modified vehicle as the one i purchased from them was. after i specifically ask the finance mgr., Raul, if it would cover a modified vehicle, he said yes. after approx. 500 , 200 of that was to get home, the transmission goes out. the warranty refused to pay. i feel empire should cover the the transmission since they knew the car would not be covered. this has happened to another customer of theres, so they knew not to sell a waaranty on a modified vehicle. I have purchased 2 other vehicles from them and one those is having transmission issues. buyer beware of this dealership. More
