PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT Stay away from Empire Chrysler Jeep in West Islip and for that matter the entire Atlantic Auto Group. I brought my car in for warranty service and after lying that my car Chrysler Jeep in West Islip and for that matter the entire Atlantic Auto Group. I brought my car in for warranty service and after lying that my car was done and they were waiting for payment, nothing was done under warranty. I waited 3 weeks, them telling me they were working on it, it's on the lift, the part they replaced didn't work and had to get a new part. All lies every day. And they never touched it. It was in the yard! I almost had to call the police to get my car back and wound up having to pay a $300.00 diagnostic fee just so I can take it to another Dealership. Now I have to dispute the payment with the credit card company and try to get my AC fixed at another dealership. Brad the service manager didn't know anything and kept saying we're here to help you. Lies! James Ingrassia lies about everything. One lies and the others swear to it. What have people come to to blatantly lie everyday without shame. I've done work for many dealership owners on the Island including Atlantic and would never do to them what they did to me. STAY AWAY FROM ATLANTIC AUTO GROUP, EMPIRE CHRYSLER JEEP IN WEST ISLIP.
