Went in to the dealership just wanting to see the differences between the Jeep Overland and the Jeep Summit. The sales associate that helped me was friendly from the start and very willing to help. I was greeted within minutes of entering the dealership. He was patient in helping me test drive the car even though I knew that the Jeep Grand Cherokee was my car of choice and we sat in the cars and discussed the benefits of each car. I was surprised to find out that James was actually knew at the dealership. He already seemed like someone that was comfortable in dealing with customers and was able to get me answers about the car even if he didn't know off-hand for some of the odd questions I had when comparing the two models. I told him that I wasn't looking to buy that day but we sat down and talked numbers. We worked out a price that I was comfortable with but being at a high end summit model, we had to look for another dealership with the car. Unfortunately for me, the car was nowhere near by and as it was a Thursday night, they weren't able to locate the car until early the following week. I was a bit frustrated but was told that the dealership trades don't typically occur during the weekend as cars are moving too quickly that dealerships aren't likely to want to give a car to another dealership. Being unaware of this I was frustrated and called James and also talked with the manager, Kyle. It was clear that they wanted to keep me happy and offered me something to keep my business with them. Yes it took me over a week to get the car but I did get exactly what I wanted and you can't expect to really walk out of the dealership that same day if you have an exact car you want (it's hard to fault them in the ratings for this when I wasn't educated enough to know how the dealership trades work and neither was James at that time). I'm glad I waited. The care looks great. It's hard to really fault the dealership for this, but I will mention that it did take a while to work through the financing department. But this is because when my car arrived it was Black Friday (clearly not a good day for anyone in the retail business). I understood and it was a day I thankfully had off so I waited for a while. But my dealer James kept checking in with me to let me know what was happening and sat with me towards the end which helped me realize that he was doing all he could and wasn't able to speed up the finance portion. Being one of James' first car deals, and it being a somewhat complicated dealer swap, I can definitely say that I would refer people to go to James for car purchases. I know that if he's still around when I need the next Jeep I'll be giving James a call. More

I just picked up my new Chrysler Town & Country Touring-L yesterday. I feel it is necessary to write this review due to the great experience I had. It started with an issue I had with my 2004 Dod Touring-L yesterday. I feel it is necessary to write this review due to the great experience I had. It started with an issue I had with my 2004 Dodge Durango. Chris was the one who was assisting me in the Service Department. It is because of his exceptional customer service I ended up leasing my car here. Although my Durango was not able to be repaired, I have to say the service department did all they could and went above and beyond to help me. When I mentioned to Chris that I would now be in the market for a new car he immediately asked if he could walk me over to the showroom to introduce me to one of the sales people. He introduced me to Rich. From the moment my wife and I sat with Rich I could tell that he wanted to make us happy and make us a customer of Atlantic. He was very honest and open in all aspects of the deal. As he stated several times “I just want you to be happy and comfortable”, well he succeeded. I made an appointment yesterday at 1pm to get the numbers. Rich introduced me to Thomas the finance manager. Thomas was also very helpful and appeared to really want to make us happy. After several rounds of money talk, Thomas was able to make us a great deal on a great car. I have never been a fan of dealerships or sales people. Most of the stories I have heard have been true in my past experience. What I can tell you though from my experience with Atlantic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, they are the exception to the stereotype. I will be sure to refer any friends and family to Atlantic and look forward to seeing them in three years for our next new car. More

For starters, I work in the service industry, I am never one to go out of my way to "review" or share my horror story when it comes to BAD customer service. I like to make mention of good situations, and re one to go out of my way to "review" or share my horror story when it comes to BAD customer service. I like to make mention of good situations, and reward those who deserve it. Unfortunately, today, that won't be the case. I have NEVER been so displeased and taken back by the lack of competence and professionalism, as I have over the last month+ dealing with this dealership. In July I leased my FIRST EVER brand new vehicle, a 2013 4-door Jeep Wrangler from this location. I will say that they did beat the competitors price wise, not by much, but enough to make a difference in my eyes. My sales rep was far from the best, but I was too excited to take concern. We looked at one jeep, which seemed to be okay, priced it out, price worked.. then I found out it had roll down windows .. I wanted power. To some this may be a small issue that can be over looked, but not for me, what can I say, I am picky. My rep turned to me with a little attitude and said "really, roll down windows is REALLY a deal breaker for you?".... yes, sir, yes it is... and last I checked I am the one making the payments, so I think I have the right to determine whats a deal breaker and whats not. I bit my tongue. Next day I had my truck ... I was ESTATIC!!! My dream car was finally mine!!! Not so much anymore. 3 months, 3,000 miles... time for a oil change. I make the appointment. Saturday 9:30. We arrive at 9:10, truck goes right in. Awesome. .. 3 1/2 hours later... my trucks finally done. I grew up in a repair shop, never did I see a oil change take that long...still, I bit my tongue. We get on the road, only to find out that the shop never latched 1 side of the hood down... that was a scary moment. Thank GOD no damage was done, surprisingly. We caught it just before it would have been too late. I called, I make them aware...but kept it civil. Go to drive the truck the following weekend (Its parked during the week) .. check engine lights on, trucks not shifting gears, and there is a weird smell coming from the front end. Keep in mind that prior to the oil change, this truck like a champ and I had NOTHING but good things to say about its performance. Had to take Monday off from work and bring the truck to the shop.. they put me in a rental from enterprise, because they had no loaners. Fine. 3 hours later I get a call that I have to bring the rental back and get into a loaner... I dont live local, this is a major inconvenience, but I do what I have to do. Monday im told it needs a torque converter. Pretty soon, considering its BRAND NEW, for such a serious issue, but what can I do. Tuesday.. I hear nothing. Wednesday... nothing. Thursday I have to make the call to find out what the heck is going on with my truck. Needed another part, should be done tomorrow. I cant get there Friday... not a problem come Saturday. Great. No word Friday, no word Saturday. I call Saturday and the "skeleton" crew knows nothing about my truck... good thing I didnt go to get it. Monday I call. They tell me ANOTHER part is on order... nice to know. I express my concerns about the lack of communication, they apologize. Truck should be ready the next day (Tuesday).. its not. FINALLY, I pick it up on Thursday. All seems well. Drive it 150 miles or so and on sunday morning.... you guessed it! Check engine light, not shifting, same smell and now, its got a HORRIBLE whinning/buzzing noise to boot. On the way to bring it back to the shop Monday morning, the truck decides it wants to COMPLETELY stop shifting and responding to the gas pedal, mid left turn onto a extremely busy main road with a 45 mph speed. Imagine how that almost played out for me. I finally make it to the shop (keep in mind since ive been having this issue, ive only been getting 12 miles to the gallon as opposed to the 23 i should and used to be getting on the highway... hello $$$) ... I pull up, forman comes out to take a road test with me... We get in the car after it sat for all of five minutes, and the check engine lights off and its running fine. Go figure. They scan it to pull up the record, it shows there was infact a code. They do an "initialization" which clears and resets the computer, from what i gather... which I was told should have taken care of the issue. We agree that they will still keep the car to drive It and make sure theres no additional problems. They put over 200 miles on it... nothing. Runs perfect. We pick it up on Friday. Put about 40 miles on it... and guess whats back as of Saturday morning!!! Now, I have had ENOUGH. It has cost me over $300 in gas back and forth to the delearship, not to mention the gas in the loaner, and the money I lost having to take off work to deal with this HEADACHE. I dont feel safe driving this truck anymore. I want OUT. You bet I called that dealership and I was HEATED. I was loud and stern, like I believe I have the right to be. I deal with the person who was the manager when I first got the truck, who ironically is now just a salesperson (oh, and the salesperson I dealt with originally, ironically doesnt work there anymore. Brothers may I add.) Im livid. Wouldn't you be? He says hell talk to the GM and promises a call back from him or the GM directly that day. In the meantime, my boyfriend brings the truck BACK to the shop for the 3rd time. He speaks to the manager turned sales rep AND the salesperson who didnt work there anymore, but as of today, apparently does again. They proceed to tell my boyfriend that they "aren't the ones who fixed the car" and the re-hire proceeds to roll his eyes as my boyfriend speaks and addresses our concerns and requests to be taken out of this truck and either be put in a new WORKING truck, or have our downpayment returned so we can take our money elsewhere to a dealership that deserves business (ps. The eye roller is the same one who had a problem with my roll down window deal breaker, may I add) Here it is 12:15am Sunday morning. Think I have been calked back... nope. Cant wait to see what Monday brings. Hope sharing this long headache of a disaster encorages you to think twice. Ps if no stars was an option. Theyd have that from me. More
While I was very satisfied with my overall experience buying my Jeep, I was disappointed that the Jeep wasn't detailed at purchase. I was told it was being done and when I got it home, could see that it buying my Jeep, I was disappointed that the Jeep wasn't detailed at purchase. I was told it was being done and when I got it home, could see that it was basically just ran through a car wash. Rich was great, no high pressure, which is a major reason I bought it there. I felt very comforable that he wasn't just trying to close the deal but that he really cared about my being happy. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
There is no way to compare the level of service of this dealership and the 2 sales and mgt members I dealt with other then to say fantastic. I recently leased a Hyundai from the auto mall for my son the e dealership and the 2 sales and mgt members I dealt with other then to say fantastic. I recently leased a Hyundai from the auto mall for my son the experience form the beginning to the end was horrible. The car was in bad shape when I picked it up scratches etc the sales man was pushy and un professional I will never go back there again. My wife and I walked into your dealership and we where immediately greeted by a woman who asked us if we needed help. A few seconds later Stacy came over and introduced herself and explained all about the minivan we where looking at. We took it for a spin and Stacy's knowledge of the van was great. We then set down went over our options about getting out of Honda lease. A few minutes later we had a great deal. Then Anthony came over to finish up same paperwork he was pleasant and professional and within a few hours we drove home our new town and country. Thanks for a great experience. Thanks to these two members of your staff I am coming back next week to get out of my caddy lease and get into a new 300 Helene and John Spatola More
