Scott forenza is down right awful! !!! My brand new 2024 wagoneer s had 804 miles and when it was dropped off to me it has 989! That’s an ADDITIONAL 186 miles I did NOT authorize AT ALL !!! Driving my vehicle after just getting it back, yet again, “service electric vehicle system” came up. According to my service advisor Joe the vehicle is safe to drive and it will go in and off until there’s a fix, which Chrysler does not have supposedly. I call Chrysler, since I already have a case as my car was at the dealer for 5 weeks, I’m told BY CHRYSLER, the update to fix this issue was released A WEEK AGO! I asked them what can I do since I don’t feel safe driving the vehicle they said bring it right back to the dealer and get a loaner that they can NOT deny me a loaner as I feel unsafe driving. Mind you this light came on 10 minutes after me getting back the vehicle. Well according to this xxx scott, it’s safe to drive and just deal with it. Even after saying I had the recorded call from Chrysler nope he told me to deal with it and he’s like I told you the car would have issues. Useless, rude, disrespectful and disgusting! I’ve never met someone so disrespectful. Stay away from Empire Service because of this man!!!! More

Our Jeep Wrangler has been solely serviced by Empire CJDR from the day we bought it new. Rob S was our Service Advisor for our first maintenance visit and has been our sole Advisor since. With Rob's mainte from the day we bought it new. Rob S was our Service Advisor for our first maintenance visit and has been our sole Advisor since. This place is so clueless that while all this is going on, I get a call from a salesman asking if I was happy with my car and want to trade it in early and get into another lease ..Anything to make a sale and get you into another car but won’t get you into another car for a bad car they sold you . Do your research on these cars .Anything hybrid is nothing but problems …Most Cherokee and Wrangler models have big issues including constant lifter nosies . Like advertised , this place does not treat you like royalty…Veterans and first responders beware , they aren’t your friends here… More
I must say whenever James Ingassia (service department) assists me it’s always exceptional service. He consistently goes above and beyond.
