Steven was up front, honest and helpful from the first phone call to the point I finalized the purchase of my used 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I wish that all the sales personnel I have delt with in my life were as nice and hard working as Steven was for me. He is the total opposite of what anyone might imagine a used car salesman is like. I live three states away and was not able to get up there to see the Jeep in person. I asked about the overall condition of the interior and most important, being in the salt belt during winter, how the undercarriage of this Jeep was. He Facetimed me and walked around the Jeep and went through the interior and most of all he actually crawled under the Jeep, outside on a freezing cold day, while Facetiming me and showed the whole underneath to put my mind at ease. Unheard of, he is amazing!! I can't think of any sale rep I've delt with in the past that would have gone above and beyond like Steven did. I am out of state, and he kept in touch with me on a regular basis keeping me in the loop and finalizing all the documents until I could make it up there to finish the deal.
