HAVE ANOTHER DEALER RUN YOUR VIN TO CONFIRM GM CERTIFCATION! Although the salesman David was enjoyable, he was difficult to get in touch with after the sale! I would not recommend this dealership! 3 weeks ago I Although the salesman David was enjoyable, he was difficult to get in touch with after the sale! I would not recommend this dealership! 3 weeks ago I purchased a “GM certified pre owned” from Huntington Chevrolet and have regretted it since day two. On the day I signed for the vehicle they had to give me a dealer plate to drive off the lot because the vehicle would not pass a NYS inspection due to 2 engine lights. Two days off the lot, I returned to the dealership to get the registration, inspection and plates put on my vehicle and to return their dealer plate. By the time I got home that day one of the fog lamps had filled with water and began holding moisture. Third day off the lot I found a mouse nest under a plastic cover in the engine compartment. After NUMEROUS calls requesting to speak to a manager and leaving my name and number for a call back, obviously I was never called back, I scheduled an appointment at another dealer for a complete inspection. Before the inspection the other dealership informed me that they ran the vin number and Huntington Chevrolet never certified the vehicle. TWELVE days off the lot HUNTINGTON CHEVROLET still HAD NOT “certified” the vehicle though GM. Huntington Chevrolet also lied to me about the length of time it takes to get a vehicle certified. I was told it can take up to 3 weeks however other dealers and GM corporate have confirmed it only takes 24 hours. I was told I would recieve a call back from a manager about the fog lamp and mouse nest, 3 weeks and counting still no call back. This dealership is gungho selling you a car but the minute you’re off the lot they want nothing to do with you. One day I’d call looking to speak to a manager, told no managers were around, told managers were on the schedule to work the next day so I would call back the next day only to be told there weren’t any managers scheduled to work. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET THE VEHICLE YOU REALLY WANT FROM ANOTHER DEALER WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOU AFTER THEYVSELL YOU A VEHICLE!! More

Poor customer service. No calls back, lies. Paid extra for the warranty, everything should be fine, right? Wrong. They were supposed to look at my truck in a day or two. Here we are day 5 and it hasn’t even been looked at yet. Every time I call for an update I get a different person with a different line of lies. Do not buy from here, do not service your vehicles here. They clearly don’t value your time or money. Let’s not even mention that the soonest loaner they had was 2.5 weeks out?!?! More
