However from the moment I called to schedule a test drive of a car I saw online, my experience with Empire Chevy of Hicksville was incredible. Evelyn at the front was super sweet and helpful. Brandon Burns was my sales guy who made being there feel more like talking with an old friend than being sold something. Even the manager Sean made sure everything was moving in the right direction and was such a pleasure to talk to. There’s a certain anxiety about dealerships where you wonder if the people there want to help you, or are just looking for the next sale. I’m very confidant that this team had my best interest in mind and I walked out with a car I love with a much better pricing than I initially expected. Leigh in finance was incredible and worked with me and the banks to get me a lower interest rate and was just so transparent through the entire process. Overall this team has an incredibly warm and human approach to working with their clients, as I saw their interactions with others as well. The entire staff has such a professional yet human attitude you don’t often see. I’m definitely recommending them to anyone I know looking to lease or finance. Thank you guys all again for making this an enjoyable last three days instead of stressful. More
Kevin at Service, Suada and David at Sales and her manager Sean, and Anthony as a Finance Manager were absolutely phenomenal. I received terrible news that the car I purchased back in October was tota manager Sean, and Anthony as a Finance Manager were absolutely phenomenal. I received terrible news that the car I purchased back in October was totaled after a freak accident when there was a foreign object on the road. The team over at Empire Hicksville were able to find me a new car the SAME day my insurance company towed my totaled car away. I love my new 2017 Kia Sorento and I would have never been able to get a new car so fast without them! They have a new customer forever! More

I leased a car from here back on April 2nd. I was given a temporary license plate as I registered my car in PA and was told that I would be contacted once the dealership has my actual license plates. However, of course no one contacted me afterwards and I myself inquired about the license plates when I realized my temporary plates were about to expire. I couldn't even get in touch with anyone for a few days and then I was told that the billing department did not have the correct insurance, which is not true since I gave them the correct insurance the day that I picked up the car. And even if that was the case, why didn't anyone review the insurance before letting me leave with the car? Or how come no one reached out to me and told me that the insurance was incorrect? I had to call myself for them to tell me that? Then I was told that they need another copy of the insurance and that they'll put a rush on the plates (this was on May 21st.) Now it has been over 2 months and I still do not have my registration or my license plates for my car. I have been continuously contacting the dealer and to this day, June 3rd, I am getting vague answers and I have no concrete timeline for when I should receive my plates. For over a month I have been forced to drive with expired license plates and I constantly fear getting pulled over or ticketed for having an expired registration. I am in college, and I have to leave for class an extra 20-30 mins early in case I get pulled over for the expired plates so that I don't miss my class. Sucks, doesn't it? I don't understand how a dealership can sell/lease a car and not follow up with customer regarding their plates and registration. Now today I'm being told that their 3rd party company that they deal with is responsible for the negligence.... the story keeps changing but what doesn't change is the fact that I STILL don't have my plates. If you're registering your car out of state, do yourself a favor and get a car from somewhere else because no one should have to deal with this nightmare and be forced to drive with expired plates since the dealer clearly doesn't care about their clients once they get paid and the deal is done. More
