Back and forth with Onstar and sales. My salesman Erick and the manager George were no help. They told me nothing wrong with car it’s an app issue. I go to service and they called OnStar. The final outcome. Sales put in the wrong ViN number to OnStar. Between phone calls and waiting at service (not long) Easter about 8 hours over theee days. Sales department horrible. More

The person that scheduled my service appointment could not have been nicer or more accommodating. My service experience at Empire Chevrolet of Hicksville was perfect on every level. The service agent was great! It just goes to show, one employee can make the difference. I will never give my valuable business to the other Chevrolet dealership all due to the rude service person I spoke with on the phone. My valuable business will be with Empire Chevrolet of Hicksville going forward. More
