What’s done is done. I don’t think I have anything to say unless if they are determined to refund my money back to me. Otherwise I don’t have anything to say. I already spoke to a John the service manager that time when I had to take my car there the third time and they still claimed they had done the work for me. So whats the difference for me to contact John now,? I still think it’s the same person we have talk to at the dealership. Because I did call and he said he’ll take responsibility of his employees but I can tell you straight up that the dealership did not clean my transmission or change the oil completely so that’s why it was leaking the second week and that I had to go to another mechanic to do everything over. Why do I need to change my transmission oil twice in a month ? If the dealership had done a decent job then I wouldn’t have gone all around town trying to fix my car and spend hundreds to thousands just to get it right. You guys think it’s funny that I have to drive all around town and waste my working hours sitting there waiting for my car to be service. The technician get paid by the hour. Every hour that you get pay is every hour i am not working. So it’s not fun to be driving back and forth to the dealership three times a month when it should have been done the first time. You know how many days, hours I wasted by not working so I can fix my car. When I’m not working, bills are not paid.
