Her eagerness to help me out and to make sure I received 100% customer satisfaction says a lot about her character and her integrity. her willingness and patience allowed me to save money by claiming some rewards credit that I managed to accumulate. As I encountered problems, trying to set up the account through my phone she offered her computer to allow me to correct the problem I encountered. I know a lot of people in customer service and not many of them would have done what she did for me. her leadership and skills will never be forgotten. I already recommended this dealership and Sally to numerous friends and acquaintances of mine. Sales consultant Valeria Meneses did a great job from the time my wife and I walked in the dealership. She was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. A real people’s person. She facilitated the process of introducing the vehicle and the dealership from sales, service and parts. She introduced us to sales manager Tristian George to discuss the purchase details, after some negotiations Tristian offered a very fair deal on both sides which ultimately made my wife and I agree to spend our hard earned money at their dealership. Tristian made what is usually a stressful process very comfortable. He is a people’s person as well. After leaving a deposit we returned a couple of days later to complete the purchase. Valeria came in on her day off (who does that?) to complete the process with us. She made sure everything thing was in place from car touched up for delivery, all paperwork completed and introducing us to Mike Martindale, finance manager. The process with Mike continued as a smooth process as well. He did what finance managers do as far as offering packages. He was very receptive to our responses to the offers and was not pushy or insistent like other dealerships. In fact we both learned new things on how banks operate (lol). Overall great experience with team we worked with and I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends , family and acquaintances. I will definitely keep them in mind for future vehicles. More
