The service was good but I was disappointed to hear that you no longer accepted checks and charged a 3% fee for credit cards. I called in first thing in the morning and explain that I had an issue with my car. The representative scheduled me within the hour to come in, and replaced the part within 30 minutes!!! Dropped off my new GMC for a body work estimate. A few small dings. Turns out they use a body shop in the Bronx. We were having some problems with our vehicle and our service advisor- B. Sosa, went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Every single time I walked in there I was very comfortable and happy. They were polite without being overwhelming. I ended up working with this man named Willie. He’s now retired but I have to say comfortable and happy. They were polite without being overwhelming. I ended up working with this man named Willie. He’s now retired but I have to say, that man worked his butt off for me so that I can walk out of there with the truck and the price that I wanted. But it didn’t stop there. Credit side was equally as amazing. But where they really shined was in their service department. Benny and Lydia I’ve dealt with a few times. For recalls and each time they were so helpful and polite. The workers were also quick and efficient. Many more reasons to list why I will be a returning customer. More
This dealership lies to customers DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP TO BUY A CAR OR REPAIR ONE! I recently brought my car to the dealer to to have it repaired! They told me I needed a radia DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP TO BUY A CAR OR REPAIR ONE! I recently brought my car to the dealer to to have it repaired! They told me I needed a radiator. This work cost me $1000 ($600 was labor)! They also said my transmission fluid was empty and they had to fill it. When I got my car back it did not feel completely fixed. About a month later when I brought it in for an oil change I asked them to check the transmission fluid and the work they did again. After that they told me that I needed transmission flush! I didn’t understand how if they were the last ones who touched it and they said they filled it. Later I find out they should have performed the flush when they did the radiator work and put in the fluid! The two service advisors who helped me both had diffident stories and lied to me! It took me almost a week to get a manager on the phone. I was emailing and leaving phone messages to no avail. Finally after arguing with the manager he agrees to do the flush but tells me I have to wait 5 days until he will be back in the office! Terrible service and awareness of customer needs. The day before I go to bring my car in for the flush the transmission no longer works. When I go to check the fluid they did not even fasten the cap and I’m sure all my fluid either leaked out and or got even dirtier! The end result is that this dealership is filled with employees and managers who lie to customers, tell them they need work done that they don’t, perform the lowest quality of work, and then cheat people out of their money! They don’t want to take responsibility for any of their action and I feel like they are just a bunch of thieves. The people at this dealership are the worst kind of people and I hope that they don’t continue to treat people as they have me and steal, and lie to customers. It’s really a shame that they can get away with this. I am now bringing my case to small claims court to plead my case as well. Do not bring your car their for repairs or they will ruin it with careless work. And if you buy a car from them they will get you at the end. I dealt with Bill Shwank (manger), Diego Montesdeoca (service advisor), Benny Sosa (service advisor), and Nelson Badillo (sales manager). All of these individuals treated me like trash, lied to my face, and refused to help me with the situation they put me in! Please protect yourself and don’t let them do this to you or anyone you know! More
