The service was quick & efficient. I was assisted by Pablo Frayre. He was polite & friendly & more then willing to answer my questions. He explained upfront the time frame plus an additional time for a Pablo Frayre. He was polite & friendly & more then willing to answer my questions. He explained upfront the time frame plus an additional time for a software update. He did his best to get me out under the time. Since everything was under warranty, he would mail me the paperwork.
