Dropped off my new GMC for a body work estimate. A few small dings. Turns out they use a body shop in the Bronx. Every single time I walked in there I was very comfortable and happy. They were polite without being overwhelming. I ended up working with this man named Willie. He’s now retired but I have to say comfortable and happy. They were polite without being overwhelming. I ended up working with this man named Willie. He’s now retired but I have to say, that man worked his butt off for me so that I can walk out of there with the truck and the price that I wanted. But it didn’t stop there. Credit side was equally as amazing. But where they really shined was in their service department. Benny and Lydia I’ve dealt with a few times. For recalls and each time they were so helpful and polite. The workers were also quick and efficient. Many more reasons to list why I will be a returning customer. More
This dealership lies to customers DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP TO BUY A CAR OR REPAIR ONE! I recently brought my car to the dealer to to have it repaired! They told me I needed a radia DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP TO BUY A CAR OR REPAIR ONE! I recently brought my car to the dealer to to have it repaired! They told me I needed a radiator. This work cost me $1000 ($600 was labor)! They also said my transmission fluid was empty and they had to fill it. When I got my car back it did not feel completely fixed. About a month later when I brought it in for an oil change I asked them to check the transmission fluid and the work they did again. After that they told me that I needed transmission flush! I didn’t understand how if they were the last ones who touched it and they said they filled it. Later I find out they should have performed the flush when they did the radiator work and put in the fluid! The two service advisors who helped me both had diffident stories and lied to me! It took me almost a week to get a manager on the phone. I was emailing and leaving phone messages to no avail. Finally after arguing with the manager he agrees to do the flush but tells me I have to wait 5 days until he will be back in the office! Terrible service and awareness of customer needs. The day before I go to bring my car in for the flush the transmission no longer works. When I go to check the fluid they did not even fasten the cap and I’m sure all my fluid either leaked out and or got even dirtier! The end result is that this dealership is filled with employees and managers who lie to customers, tell them they need work done that they don’t, perform the lowest quality of work, and then cheat people out of their money! They don’t want to take responsibility for any of their action and I feel like they are just a bunch of thieves. The people at this dealership are the worst kind of people and I hope that they don’t continue to treat people as they have me and steal, and lie to customers. It’s really a shame that they can get away with this. I am now bringing my case to small claims court to plead my case as well. Do not bring your car their for repairs or they will ruin it with careless work. And if you buy a car from them they will get you at the end. I dealt with Bill Shwank (manger), Diego Montesdeoca (service advisor), Benny Sosa (service advisor), and Nelson Badillo (sales manager). All of these individuals treated me like trash, lied to my face, and refused to help me with the situation they put me in! Please protect yourself and don’t let them do this to you or anyone you know! More
Rude, terrible experience We have a leased vehicle which is less than a year old and when we informed WPBGMC that we had a problem, we found them to be unhelpful and rude (some We have a leased vehicle which is less than a year old and when we informed WPBGMC that we had a problem, we found them to be unhelpful and rude (someone hung up on my wife), They didn't adequately fix the problem (an overwhelming odor of gasoline) the FIRST time we brought it in and when we suggested a fix (a new AC filter), we were told no. Only after getting the manager involved (who subsequently left the dealership) and having to call and complain multiple times did they finally address the issue. Customer service was non existent. We were completely ignored on multiple occasions (e.g. I asked at least three times if they could also inspect the car while it was in the shop and they never did that). Our car was there for about a month. GMC's attempt to say 'I'm sorry' was a $100 service voucher! Why would I ever go back to them for service or to lease a car!? We were amazed at how terrible the experience was. More

Came as scheduled told part was t there and they would call me when it arrives. Called twice to no avail....called after 12. Last call was told at 1:15pm come in so we can put part in. I wonder what would have happened if I didn’t call them. Oh well I guess customers time doesn’t really matter. I learned a valuable lesson today. More

My wife did that and was turned away and said they were too busy to help and she needs to come back next week. I called GM Financial Services and they called the dealership as well and of course they spoke to Victor. Victor stated the same to GM Financial. Then they called and Curry Chevrolet down the street and they would be happy to assist. It’s amazing, they are nice to you before you buy from them, then you get treated like dirt. Thanks Victor. I own six Chevrolet gmc vehicles two of which were purchased just this year a 2016 sierra denali and the newest member a 2017 Yukon Denali which was bought out right ..... considering I just purchased two cars here I figured okay service will be great they know me we have established a rapport. I couldn't be more wrong ... I want to return these cars ... I have always had Mercedes and should have stuck with them because there service is fantastic ... here's what happened to me .... brought my sierra Denali pick up in because water was leaking inside cab, we smelled antifreeze, and the passenger rear shock was blown ... no we have operated a successful aaa station of our own for 35 years so we know a blown shock when we see one... brought into dealer they fixed seal around antenna for water leak apparently couldn't find any antifreeze leaking oh and I'm crazy cause the shock is fine according to josh the service manager who I cannot believe is still employed.... wasn't going to argue the point ill change it myself ... go pick up truck truck has damage on the driver side door .... truck was dropped off and every mark was noted by service advisor ,,, the truck is in mint condition so my husband noticed the marks on the door right away... the service manager told my husband don't get angry were very sorry I will call you Monday to schedule repair for the door ... Monday came and went JOSH is obviously too busy for customer I called twice no john no return phone call called jerry cox the manager who said he would talk to josh ... get a call Wednesday that I need to again come to the dealer to show josh the damage .. WHERE THE xxxx WAS JOSH ON FRIDAY WHEN I PICKED THE CAR UP .. COMPLETE xx.. brought the truck he comes outside with a smirk and says oh we allegedly did this ... I mean just rude and overall gross behavior .... tells me when do you want to come in Tuesday 7:30 am great see you then get an email verifying apt I did so .. my husband goes there this morning service advisor fills out all paperwork and is about to put my husband in a loaner when JOSH comes out and says no paint guy doesn't come in until Thursday you cant have a loaner until then ... then he told my husband I made a mistake and the apt wasn't for today when I have proof .... MY HUSBAND WAS LATE TO WORK AND WE HAVE MADE YET A THIRD TRIP TO THE DEALER FOR NO REASON .. I HATE THIS PLACE ...
