We’ve been in and out of this service center for the same problem multiple times over the life of our lease without a resolution. Two nice employees. I'm not pleased, they haven't solved anything for me, lack of word, lack of professionalism, they stayed 4 days with the car saying that it has nothing, really disappointed with the Buick brand, the car lack of word, lack of professionalism, they stayed 4 days with the car saying that it has nothing, really disappointed with the Buick brand, the car has been 7 months already 3 times that I'm putting it in the mechanic, the first time 1 month they didn't give me a solution either I was with that car that smelled of gas, they told me that the car had nothing, the second I went they fixed it for me and now they tell me the same, today 05/02/2025 they called me and told me that if I want me to take it On Tuesday, on 05/01/2025 they told me that the car was going to stay a week for a spare part, it's one lie after another. My experience was horrible. I went an entire month without a vehicle with minimal communication from the dealership. I had to chase people down over the phone multiple times just to get answers about what was going on with my car and whether I would get a loaner or not. Any time I've tried to inquire about getting my $540 monthly payment reimbursed and the ubers we had to take for the month we went without a vehicle, I've been ignored. It was an extremely stressful and negative experience and I still have not been contacted regarding reimbursement. Once I got my loaner everything was fine and it seems like the service was performed correctly, but the communication initially was horrendous and the lack of support I've received in pursuing my refund has been extremely disappointing. More
I bought my car in to be serviced for a front end shaking the first day they held the car for eight hours and did nothing a few days later they held the car for six hours charged me $1600 and the same proble the first day they held the car for eight hours and did nothing a few days later they held the car for six hours charged me $1600 and the same problem still exists. The manager contacted my husband Told him to bring the car in this past Saturday nobody knew we were coming. No one had any idea what to do with my car. The problem still exists after paying $1600.
