Empire Buick GMC of White Plains - Service Center

The last three times I took my truck for an oil change there was always an issue. The first time they forgot to change the oil but did the rest of the service. The second time they forgot to tighten the o there was always an issue. The first time they forgot to change the oil but did the rest of the service. The second time they forgot to tighten the oil filter and I lost a quart of oil in a short period of time. The third time they left the dip stick 1/4 out and the engine compartment was full of oil. Just recently I took my truck there again and noticed something missing out of my glove compartment. Though the service manager seemed to respond to my issue unfortunately not much changed on the service end. I will not use GM of white plains again More

200$ more than another Buick location - when they called me they were already doing the transmission flush giving me no choice then to pay for the flush and the HVAC clean.
