The service was quick & efficient. I was assisted by Pablo Frayre. He was polite & friendly & more then willing to answer my questions. The woman at the front desk, not sure of her name, was very pleasant and helpful. The oil change was done quickly and the waiting area was nice. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because I was told very pleasant and helpful. The oil change was done quickly and the waiting area was nice. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because I was told at check out that I would be charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. This was not disclosed in any of the Several Emails I received confirming the appointment. I would think about going elsewhere due to this policy. More
