We have been loyal customers with Empire Buick GMC for a very long time, even when it was still handling our former Saturn cars. In terms of sales, we have been working with Robert Acerbo with perhaps 3 or very long time, even when it was still handling our former Saturn cars. In terms of sales, we have been working with Robert Acerbo with perhaps 3 or 4 leased cars and most recently when we bought the 2019 Envision we had been leasing. We trust him implicitly. In the service department we have been assisted by Lydia Gutierrez throughout these many years. She has always been insightful, diligent, efficient , responsive and helpful. In particular, what we particularly value is that she knows my husband Chris Wynne and myself quite well. She has always been our go-to person; when we call the service department for an appointment or a follow up concern or question, we always ask for Lydia. After purchasing 4 new tires last week, Chris noticed aa notice on the dashboard about one of the tires with low pressure. Lydia had us come in early the next morning (when we were available) to have the service technicians take a look. As usual, we came away feeling quite satisfied with how the situation was rectified.
