Poor quality service work, deceptive sales tactics, and lack of ethics make this place undeserving of any stars, if that were an option. Unless your vehicle is still covered by warranty, avoid White Plains GMC- they will definitely try to rip you off, particularly if they think you do not know anything about cars.
