EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Earlier today I brought in my wife's Escalade for service due to a noise it was making when switching gears. I spoke with 2 service advisors named Fir Earlier today I brought in my wife's Escalade for service due to a noise it was making when switching gears. I spoke with 2 service advisors named Firsy and Cherise and let me just say this, I've never been more relaxed and happy to get my car serviced. All it took was a few jokes and a sincere "I'm soooo sorry to hear that" and I felt at ease. I mean the sincerity alone would have me come back for service. And the professionalism and confidence displayed but Cherise really won me over! I know she's used to rude customers in her profession but you'd never be able to tell. She's awesome. I wish I could bring my own car here to be serviced and not just my wife's. Anyways, top notch attitude and efficiency in the job is what keeps customers coming back, especially when there's a repair shop on every corner. Job well done guys! More

Awesome service I had the best experience at city Cadillac Buick hmm service dept. the workers are so friendly they treat you like you are family. I would diff recommend this service dept to anyone in the tri state area. Cherise was so easy to talk to and plain my issues to. Service advisors Brett, Fitzroy, Kathy and firsy are very knowledgeable and explain everything to you. I am coming back time and time again!!! Thanks so much More

City Rocks! I've been coming to City service for just about 15 years now and I've had the same advisor Mr Thomas. He is beyond knowledgeable and understanding. He I've been coming to City service for just about 15 years now and I've had the same advisor Mr Thomas. He is beyond knowledgeable and understanding. He never rushes me and allows me to experience my concerns with my car. Because of not only him but the entire service department City Cadillac will have a custom in me and my family for many years to come. Thanks gang! P.S I wish I could give more than 5 stars! More
