I am a fleet manager at Paris Limousine Service in Long Island City. I have several Cadillac Escalades and Chevy sub in our fleet. At times we need a quick turn around and the team at Empire are the best my service adviser is Kathy Buruyides and she always take care of my needs, John the manager is also very friendly, understanding and open door policy like I can walk in to his office without any appointment plus the Parts manager at Empire has always been very helpful. The staff was very professional, courteous, and accommodating. Firsy Molina, my representative, is the best ambassador for Empire Buick GMC. He made the experience so easy and hassle-free. He is very courteous and respectful man. I would like to share my experience with you. My truck's brakes, Chevy Silverado 1500, went out last week as I was traveling to Manhattan to drop my daughter off at her new apartment. I am from out of town brakes, Chevy Silverado 1500, went out last week as I was traveling to Manhattan to drop my daughter off at her new apartment. I am from out of town. This was last Saturday 7/31. When I called to ask about getting my brakes fixed I was told the service department was open till 5:30 and if I brought my car in to get looked at they would be able to fix it. This was obviously false because the service department was not open. I was then having a problem with getting a tow truck so I called back to make an appointment to get my car fixed on Monday 8/2. I made an appointment with the secretary for 8:45 at City Cadillac on Monday and had my car towed there Saturday night. On Monday morning I called to try to talk to someone I was told service was busy and they would call me back. I never received a call back after leaving multiple messages so I went to the service station. As I arrived at City Cadillac they told me they do not work on Chevy vehicles. The lady at the counter was very rude and stand-offish, she told us to go to City Chevy next door, which I did. I then spoke with Ophelia and she informed me I had not an appointment with them it had to be with City Cadillac. She told me they will try to squeeze me in but I should talk with City Cadillac and see if they would honor my appointment so I could get my car fixed sooner. I returned to City Cadillac and again the lady at the counter was rude and just blew me off telling me they do not work on Chevies. So once again I returned to City Chevy and Ophelia was able to squeeze me in and fix my car. It was a very stressful and the people at City Cadilac did nothing to help. They just added stress to the situation. Phone calls were not returned, the person who made the appointment must have not know what she was doing if in fact City Cadillac does not work on Chevies, why would my appointment have been made there? And the way I was treated by the receptionist at Chevy Cadillac was very rude and disrespectful. On the other hand the people at City Chevrolet were very professional and courteous. They never made any promises but said they would do their best to fix my truck and get me back on the road. I want to especially point out Ophelia and Javier who I worked with. They kept me updated on everything and actually got my truck fixed sooner than originally told. I wanted to make you aware of my situation and hopefully, you can share this with those involved. I would appreciate a response of some type. I hope the way City Cadillac treated us was acceptable. And the individuals at City Chevrolet should be commended. More

Id been a loyal customer...even bought my '06 H3( which Id leased for 3 yrs) from them...'had it serviced only by them always.But in the last years they aggressively started telling me its getting old...ha Id leased for 3 yrs) from them...'had it serviced only by them always.But in the last years they aggressively started telling me its getting old...has rust and you should get rid of it...overcharged me by $50 on a bill ,admitted error and that they'll take care of it next visit(they didnt...lied denying the overcharge then..service mgr did NOTHING to help...too laid back and let it go suggested...these guys are not to be trusted and after over 10 years being a loyal customer I never went back...and definitely I wouldnt recommend them AT ALL.How dare they!??, More

Marlon was absolutely attentive and Professional as he made sure that all of my need I had a wonderful experience today at City Cadillac service dept. Marlon was absolutely attentive and Professional as he made sure that all of my needs were addressed. The waiting room was very comfortable and all safety standards were maintained perfectly. I am a 3 time City customer and I will certainly continue to give my business to this company.
