We have been leasing for many years from a family friend who manages a dealership. It really was hassle free leasing from him. However, he did not have a SUV with a third row that meet our needs. So the thought of just having to go shop for one was stressful. After visiting different brand dealerships, we ended up at City based on a recommendation. We meet with Alison Doyle, a manager at City and she introduced us to Akash. He was fantastic. He was very professional and at the same time he made us feel like we were old time friends. He was very knowledgeable about the 2017 Acadia and actually took the time to go over the entire vehicle and all that it has to offer. After shopping around, I was very surprised to learn that most sales representatives really aren't that well informed on the vehicles that they sell. They only know the basics. Akash knew every aspect of the newly designed Acadia, inside and out. It was such a RELIEF going to City and having Akash help us thru this process.
