Satisfied. I hate walking into a dealership and feeling forced to like a specific car, without having the salesman hear me out for what I want, what I'm looking I hate walking into a dealership and feeling forced to like a specific car, without having the salesman hear me out for what I want, what I'm looking for and needing in my car. Dan helped me out, showed me two cars I was interested and was extremely helpful and patient with the process. Once we picked out my dream car, he walked me through each feature of the car and helped me set up on star. I'm beyond satisfied with the car Dan helped pick out. The car gods must After spending 4? 5? consecutive Saturdays at City Cadillac my fiance FINALLY made up his mind and purchased the Buick Enclave. The car gods must have been watching over us as they appointed Akash as our salesman as my fiance is not the easiest person to work with. Talk about professionalism! Akash maintained a professional stance throughout the whole process and went above and beyond his duty as a car salesman. He kept me calm during moments where I wanted to bang my head against every car my fiance tried. He even drove us back to Rego Park to retrieve our old plates because forgot to bring them with us when we went to pick up the car. All in all I would DEFINITELY recommend friends and family to City Cadillac but more specifically to Akash for not only a car purchase but a therapy session as well. More
