I’ve been working with Emmons Autoplex on a 2024 Escalade ESV V, the most expensive vehicle on their lot. During a conversation regarding my purchase Michael Bardolasa told me the truck was Cadillac Certifie ESV V, the most expensive vehicle on their lot. During a conversation regarding my purchase Michael Bardolasa told me the truck was Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned and had passed GM’s 172-point inspection. I confirmed this with him 3 separate times during that call, to which he guaranteed me it was certified. I called GM directly today with the VIN, right before I was about to pull the trigger and purchase the car, and they confirmed it was not CPO and not registered in Cadillac’s system. That’s a serious misrepresentation and a MASSIVE waste of my time! This isn’t the first time I’ve caught them stretching the truth. Last month, they told me they were a one-price dealership and wouldn’t move off $129K. I offered $127K. Fast-forward a few weeks, and the vehicle is suddenly listed at $126,998, basically my original number. Clearly, their “one price” policy is padded and flexible when the market forces them to move cars. On top of that, they tried to slip in nearly $1,000 of non-optional add-ons (VIN etching and a duplicate dealer services fee). When I called out the fluff, the GM, Gary, defended it by claiming “market fees are $2K–$3K” and that this is “just how it is in Texas.” That’s simply not true. I’ve shopped Escalade ESV Vs nationwide, and fees like this are not the norm; they are typical dealer profit padding, which is manageable if you really want the car, I suppose (maybe not so much on a car under $50K). Bottom line: this dealer misrepresented CPO status, padded their “one price,” and refused to negotiate even when I offered to meet them halfway on their junk fees. If you’re considering buying here, verify everything independently. Please don’t take their word for it. More

Have bought 8 Vehicles from Emmons. Best Vehicle in the area to purchase. They make sure all their vehicles are clean and ready to go. In the future, will only buy from EmmonsAutoplex. Be sure and ask for Steven Verizzi. He’s very knowledgeable about cars, and easy to deal with. Only dealership where I’ve never felt bad about paying a dealer fee, because their cars are worth the price!!!! They have a great web site, with good pics, and a lot of good information about all their inventory. Please checkout their Dealership, You won’t be disappointed!!!! More

Purchased truck Jan 2025 the first 2 days of having truck (used) experience mechanical issues contact Kevin (sales guy) took it back 2 weeks later another mechanical issue, truck locked up and didn't want to (used) experience mechanical issues contact Kevin (sales guy) took it back 2 weeks later another mechanical issue, truck locked up and didn't want to start i was told it was an alarm system issue a month later another mechanical issue, turbo on truck went out causing truck to experience low low motor power called AutoPlex I was told I would have to pay out of pocket to fix issue. I ended up taking truck to a buddy of mine at this point I've had truck 1 month 2 weeks so far, i decided to stop using truck so far I have only driven truck for 3k miles since I bought truck another mechanical problem this time its oil coolant cost to fix 3,700 so far I have spent almost 14k in repairs. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO AUTOPLEX IN WEBSTER TX... I was told they do a deep inspection on truck before selling apparently they DONT.. Very Disappointed in AUTOPLEX More
