The Denver Chevy dealer had good products but terrible, rude staff and culture. The Ford dealer had good culture and staff but junk products (my 2012 Focus SE was a joke). Now I have a 2013 GTI that I truly love - a very solid car. I have 3 sets of wheels for it that I rotate seasonally. I drive down the road believing I have the coolest ride backed by competent people - thank you Emich Volkswagen. More

Outstanding Staff! I have been to some horrible dealerships in my life, but Emich VW is different. I bought a new 2013 VW Passat from them last year. I think my salesperson was Mike(?) and I met Fred Emich while I was there. Both of these guys were very professional and really seemed to listen to what I was looking for. The finance guy was great as well. I was never pressured to buy something I didn't want. Since then, I have taken my car in for service several times. The car has been perfect, so only oil changes and checkups so far. I have dealt with Jered and Cole in service. Again, these guys are fantastic! They always explain everything and haven't tried to upsell me on anything. I wish the Ford dealer I take my truck to would be this good. If I didn't need the truck, I would go buy another VW from Emich. Yes, they are that good. Thanks! More

These guys are horrible. I've never felt so disrespected ever from an auto dealer or mechanic in my life.
