I researched and believe I got the best price with a great interest rate for a car that only had 10k miles on it. We worked with Fred & Dieter and had no issues. Reading some of the bad reviews makes me wonder, but everybody has a different approach on how they feel they got treated. You have to understand that a dealer is not going to loose money on a car, but make some kind of profit. Do your research before you enter any dealership. They gave us a choice on extended warranty, but we declined. My thoughts were if VW builds a car that will break down with any major problem before 100k I just will never buy one again. All in all the dealership was clean and very friendly during our time there. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a VW. We did go to TYANN VW and they did not agree with our price, so we left. My wife is happy with her car and that's what matters. In time we will know if she is still that way in another 2 yrs. Getting 40 miles a gallons you just can't beat that! More

We had enough experience with other dealers to know that Emich and Ashley (our saleswoman) stood above the others - we trusted them and knew they were honest. We got a great deal and when we did take it back for one minor problem, Fred Emich drove the car with me to check out the problem. If you go, ask for Ashley Warmington - great saleswoman who was fantastic to work with. No high pressure and a salesperson who knows her vehicles inside and out.
