Not impressed. They broke off a trim piece on my new vehicle while it was in for a routine service and then tried to cover it up. I can only imagine the conversation ("Just shove it back into place. That and the fact they are charging a very ballsy $240+tax for a "coolant flush" tells you all you need to know about the place. The service writers-aka "advisors"-are really just indifferent salespeople. Sorry, Emich VW, you've lost a customer. More
