I have purchased 7 vehicles at Emich Volkswagen and every experience has been phenomenal. The salespeople Matt and Nermina are great to work with and professional. Tyson, the sales manager, ensured I was sat experience has been phenomenal. The salespeople Matt and Nermina are great to work with and professional. Tyson, the sales manager, ensured I was satisfied throughout the buying experience and Chris in finance is informative and conscientious ensuring we had the proper coverage and understanding through the contract/finance process. I have recommended them to friends and family which speaks to my overall experience. Think twice before coming here if you are financing a new vehicle and/or hispanic. Humiliating experience.... Would give 0 stars, if I could. Luis (sales representative) was great! He helped me find t vehicle and/or hispanic. Humiliating experience.... Would give 0 stars, if I could. Luis (sales representative) was great! He helped me find the right car and tried to get me the financing deals I was looking for. While I didn't find my ideal price point, I did, with his help, find the right car. My positive experience ended there... After agreeing to finance the vehicle and completing the down payment via wire transfer, OVER A MONTH LATER, I was contacted by the dealership and told the final $500 of the down payment didn't go through. Normally, this would be ok, and I'd be more than willing to send the remaining payment immediately, upon learning this. That said, in this case, without prior warning, this dealership sent me a threatening text and email promising legal referral if pay wasn't remitted ASAP. Love the cars. Hated this dealership. Drive as far as you have to to get a good price on a VW-- Emich isn't worth it. More
