steve was a great salesperson. Only comment would be that Emich should be transparent when it comes to selling the car. from the time I put the deposit to the time we were to Only comment would be that Emich should be transparent when it comes to selling the car. from the time I put the deposit to the time we were to pick up the car, it had received hail damage. Steve did not tell us in advance and therefore we had to make two trips to the dealership in order for them to get another vehicle. I was displeased with this and told him, the dealership should treat people they way they want to be treated. We should not have taken two trips that day. Nonetheless, I was impressed with Steve - his professionalism and follow up. More
