Doug was helpful, he walked us through the process and took great care of us. Check was overnight along with all signed paper work. Emich walked my check across the street to First Bank on Pearl and the p took great care of us. Check was overnight along with all signed paper work. Emich walked my check across the street to First Bank on Pearl and the problem began. My authorized check $5,500 was withdrawn along with an additional unauthorized $7,000. The two amounts were drawn on the same check. I caught it immediately and called the dealership. The dealership and First Bank have a business affiliation. My money was fraudulently withdrawn 8 days ago, As a client of Emich, I would expect them to reimburse me for their error. Zero sense of urgency. The Fraud department was been notified. More

I don't know why other local VW dealerships say they can't take my car in for service till next week when Emich VW gets me in and changes my water pump that same day.
