I have no idea how long I had to wait for parts. I was told the 27th. They did not show up on the 27th. Nobody called to let me know when they were supposed to be coming. When they finally came, I had to make an appointment online to drop it off- as if I hadn't waited long enough. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday, picked it up on Friday, and my AC had already stopped working by Saturday. Nice staff but needless to say I am not pleased with the service I have gotten so far. Didn't call my Uber to work on time, which they offered and knew I would need ahead of time, which made me late to work. As far as the actual diagnostic service provided, I was highly unimpressed. They couldn't replicate the issue I came in for and didn't look into the relevant area (ignition) any further, instead doing a full workup on my tires, brakes, etc. Fortunately, since they couldn't replicate the issue they didn't end up charging me the diagnostic fee. To top it all off, my check engine light came on mere hours after my appt. Nothing was mentioned about my engine in the full report they gave. Overall, great staff but poor service practices. More

Brought my car in with a flat tire and bad rim the attendant Bret Carter I believe told me he would have the car ready in a few days but it took over 5 days which was fine. But after I got the car back there was a giant crack in the windshield that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. When I pointed it out to the service team they said there’s nothing they can do and it’s not their faults it was a rock. I then asked for a quote to fix it and got nothing. Anyway I would never bring my car back here to get fixed again I would rather go to Peak Kia they seem more straightforward there on timelines and responsibilities of holding someone’s car. More
