I walked in to Emich Chevrolet expecting to spend $25,000 on a new work van for the business. I expressed how important it was that i have a "clicker" (keyless remote) for the new vehicle. Bart the salesman understood, and made me feel reassured. It took a few days for me to get back to complete the purchase, and a while to get the vehicle financed through the business. When all was said and done Bart handed me my keys without the clicker. When i asked he avoided the question. One would think after paying dealer fees of thousand of dollars, a $25 dollar "clicker" would have been included in the purchase. More
Waste of time and money Bad workmanship on the service end, mis diagnosis on 3 separate visits for the same repair. Refused to cover the repairs and cost me thousands of dollars for not being able to work for extended periods and being stuck with massive repair and rental fees. I will not be returning to Emich, I also have lost all faith in Chevy/GM vehicles and customer service. Will not recommend to anyone. More

Service attempted to resolve the issue I was having with my present vehicle (2007 with over 208K miles). The repair was not going to be easy. They gave me the necessary information to make in informed/educated decision on how to proceed. Sales did an awesome job helping me find a vehicle that best suited my needs as well as price range and then walking with me thru the buying paperwork process. The certified pre-owned was a plus as well. A nice touch was the sale person contacted me after the sales as follow up to ensure all was going well and that I was satisfied. All in all very positive experience! More

Wade Seymour was good to work with also as I believe his title is Used Car Sales Manager and he help with my 2009 Chevy Corvette trade in on this new Corvette. Went in for alignment and oil change and came out with a new Vette. Thanks to this team as I have never felt more relaxed purchasing a car in my 35 years of buying them. Respectfully KarlK More

I would have never driven clear out to Lakewood without a referral. The $500 discount helped too. I purchased a used Hyundai, only 3 years old. We'll skip the frustrations I had during that process because the sale all worked out. I noticed right away that my car drove with a little pull but I thought I needed to get used to how it drove. It continued but I remembered that Emich did "an extensive inspection" and the Carfax was clean so I kept thinking it was just me or its windy out or this road is terrible. About two months in I decided I should have it looked at because it seemed to be getting worse. I took my car to have the tires looked at. They said the tires were fine, it looks like an alignment issue. So I took my car to have it aligned where I was told that an alignment wouldn't fix it because there was something else going on. They advised that it seemed to be either a bent trailing arm or sub frame but they didn't have the ability to dig in any more to find out. They also mentioned that there were paints marks on the rear trailing arms, which indicated that someone had already looked at the car and marked it up. They asked if I had hit anything on the rear side of my car. I definitely had not and was surprised to hear that this was missed during the extensive inspection by Emich. They said that the previous owner likely decided to trade in the car before getting the necessary repairs done. I contacted Emich and spoke with an extremely rude service rep. I asked to speak to the service manager, Jason Robinson so I was transferred to voicemail. I wanted a few days but didn't get a call back so I called and left another message. Jason finally called me back and we set up time for me to come in. He told me that they would look at it and that the GM would be made aware of the situation and although Jason wouldn't be there, the GM would. Jason assured me that they would do the right thing and if it was an easy fix we would get it taken care of. I sent him the information from my alignment appointment. I drove almost an hour to get there, was in service for close to 3 hours when I was told that the suspension system had several broken parts. The parts alone, without mark up would be just under $2400!! I asked about the markings that showed that this had been looked at before and what did they say? "There are no markings that we saw". WHAT! Right then I became leary of what would happen going forward. I was told to call Monday and talk to Jason again about everything and how we should proceed because there was no one with that kind of authority there that day. I guess the GM wasn't there after all. I called, left a message of course, waiting 3 days with no call back. So, since the GM was already aware of the situation I asked to speak to him. I won't go into how I finally got a hold of him, just that he called me back a few minutes later. We discussed the situation and I was told that I needed to bring my car in again and he and I would look at it together. I was honest with him and told him that I felt like I couldn't trust them and felt that possibility the technician had removed the markings. I was asked why didn't I bring this up right away instead of waiting over 2 months. And why would his technician remove the markings? So who do I trust? The alignment guy that had nothing to gain by telling me his thoughts and that he saw paint marks or the dealership who would be responsible for a costly repair because they missed the issue during their inspection before they sold the car to me? I have been made to feel more and more like I'm being accused of dishonesty than getting help for a situation that was out of my control. I didn't ask to be that car accident and I sure as xxxx didn't ask to be sold a damaged car. All I'm asking is for Emich to do the right thing and make the repairs so we can all carry on with our business. My appointment is in a couple of days so I'll post another review when this is all over. More

Overcharge for service I took my minivan in a few weeks ago because it wasn't running well. 2 of the 3 issues I had were addressed, however the one issue I had that bothers I took my minivan in a few weeks ago because it wasn't running well. 2 of the 3 issues I had were addressed, however the one issue I had that bothers was the estimate to repair a spark plug. I was told the spark plug was cross-threaded and was the reason for the sporadic chugging my engine was experiencing. I was quoted $278 in labor to install a new threadded insert for the spark plug (my vehicle ran fine for 4 months prior to their s.p. diagnosis.....). I declined their work on this particular problem, returned it to the mechanic who had changed them initially, and it was simply a bad spark plug. We bought a new plug for less than $7.50, and it solved the problem, and he found the threads were in actuality not crossed. I am very disapppinter, this is the second time I've used them, and the second time (they replaced parts of my bumper after an accident and all parts they replaced were installed crookedly) that I am not happy. I will never reccomend this for any reason, they are not honest nor have they done a good job for me. More
