They had the car for 2 days. Did not do what they said. Did not test drive the car enough miles to even do a diagnosis. The miles driven for the 2 days are recorded on the gm app Did not do what they said. Did not test drive the car enough miles to even do a diagnosis. The miles driven for the 2 days are recorded on the gm app. Said they rotated tires to do diagnostics regarding a wheel bearing. Tires were not rotated. I spent over $500 for diagnostics and an oil change. Nothing fixed. I will never buy another car at Emich, and their service dept doesn't do what they say. Really considering filing a BBB complaint.
